It it satire? I’m not laughing.
Besides, I’ve always been of the opinion that a person is derelict in their duty as a citizen if they give in to criminals as it’s tantamount to giving the criminals positive reinforcement and will likely embolden them to repeat the attempt and victimize someone else.
