I've concluded that putting it on an hourly basis makes it clear who is productive (and getting raped) and who is not quite clear.
The whole fairness discussion needs to be moved to an hour/wk basis.

My friend works for a large tree cutting company that just fired 13 Mexican and south American employees. They were caught using two different social security numbers. One number was used for work while the other one was used to collect unemployment and other government benefits.
