Forget about The Beach Boys and their surfer music.
The California beaches now are about the Mexican cartels and their panga boats.
State authorities busted 18 people and seized one ton of baled pot after their smuggling boat landed at a Santa Barbara County beach as reported by Samantha Tata for KNBC: "there have 10 panga boat busts involving drug and human smuggling in Santa Barbara County since October 2012, according to data from the Department of Homeland Security."
Last December the narco terrorists intentionally rammed their panga boat against an approaching Coast Guard inflatable which resulted in the death of Chief Petty Officer Terrell Horne III and the injury of another guardsman after they fell into the sea off the southern California coast as then reported by the Los Angeles Times.
They are using the Channel Islands as staging areas. The panga boats don’t show up on radar.
Thanks for the additional details; I didn’t know that.
And in other news DC politicians are fighting like hell for amnesty for illegal Mexican immigrants.
Ping for your opinion.
If we actually stop 10% of the panga smuggling attempts we are lucky. When we do capture one of their boats..the boat is returned to the Mexican owner..since they are always reported as stolen.
“...When we do capture one of their boats..the boat is returned to the Mexican owner..since they are always reported as stolen.”
Had we decent governance on this side of the border we would be blowing up the boats to provide the Mexican owners incentive to keep their boats from being stolen.
I’m so glad we’re neighbors with Mexico.
Just another reason why we’re getting out of here.
The Mexican Cartels are taking over CA. They have already taken over all of Mexico. As an example, no more cruise ships leaving San Diego for Mexico. It’s not safe.
Having conquered Mexico, the cartels are making their way up the coast/state. Nobody wants to stop them as they all have their hands out looking for money.
My only surprise is that they got busted instead of a payoff and a pat on the back!
