he couldn’t have done worse in the superbowl.
would he have exceeded seasonal stats? who knows.
“would he have exceeded seasonal stats? who knows”
Yeah, we can’t be sure. In a similar way to which we can’t be sure whether a Ferrari or a Ford Focus would win a drag race. “That’s why they play the game.”
Hahaha...give me a break. Manning is a far superior QB by every measure. Even Tebow himself would tell you he couldn’t have equaled Manning’s season.
you don’t have to equal the stats the reach the superbowl. you just have to win the games.
Tebow is a proven winner, to the chagrin of his detractors... the vast majority of which are religious bigots
Make whatever argument you like but Manning’s been a consistent winner for a lot longer than Tebow. His track record paired with his superior ability make him a far stronger QB than Tebow. Far, far stronger.
It’s inarguable.
Well, dog, way to compare Christian America with the homosexuals, and conservative concerns with lefty concerns, in advance no less.
Tebow was erased.
“Tebow became the University of Florida Gators’ starting quarterback during the 2007 season when he became the first college sophomore to win the Heisman Trophy.[1] In 2008, Tebow led Florida to a 131 record and its second national championship in three years, and was named the offensive MVP of the national championship game. The Gators again went 131 in 2009, his senior year. At the conclusion of his college career, he held the Southeastern Conference’s all-time records in both career passing efficiency and total rushing touchdowns, appearing second and tenth (respectively) in the NCAA record book in these categories.[2]
As a member of the Denver Broncos, he started the last three games of his rookie season and became the team’s full-time starting quarterback beginning in the sixth game of 2011. The Broncos were 14 before he became the starter, but began winning with him on the field, often coming from behind late in the fourth quarter until they won their first AFC West title and first playoff game since 2005, defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers in overtime.”
Believe it or not, that is the goal of the libs for the armed services. They began to experiment with allowing male and females bunking together at one point. But, there was a blowback of sorts, pregnancies and rapes began to spiral.
The point is to destroy the cohesiveness of the military. Just add a few gays and lesbos and trannies into the mix and the destruction will be complete.
All as planned. Stalin could not be happier.

seems there’s plenty to argue over... as Tebow couldn’t have done much worse.
which was the original point.
meanwhile, the original, original point... was that Tebow would obviously be less controversial then a homo on the team.
As I said earlier, I'm comparing the supporters of one player who did not have the talent to play his position in the NFL with another player who may not have the talent to make it in the NFL and pointing out that one simple fact will make no difference with those who blindly support them.
Tebow was erased.
Because he was a bad quarterback.
I guess this gay nonsense gives you a chance to dump on the conservatives and Christians with your mocking.
Enjoy.
Not conservative and Christians. Just mediocre quarterbacks and, probably, mediocre defensive ends.
No, you got your moment, enjoy it.
What’s the big locker-room deal? The straight players will think he’s staring at them at that will somehow be hurtful to them?
The only controversy related to Tebow’s religion is the controversy of why a bunch of “Christians” are so desperate to be persecuted they ignored all of his faults as an athlete and insist everything bad that ever happened to him was because of the cross on his neck. There’s HUNDREDS of Christians at least as committed as Tebow in the league today but because they’re actually good at their jobs they keep their jobs. Sorry but nobody obviously less skilled that Tebow played in his stead, exactly the opposite he started for most of a season instead of TWO obviously more skilled players because Tebow’s cultists made a lot of noise. People like YOU (and his complete lack of ability to play the position) are why Tebow’s not in the league, you make too much noise and insist he’s much better than he actually is and can’t understand that he belongs on the bench at best.
Oh no we can easily tell that Tebow would NOT have come close to Manning’s stats. He’s got a career completion percentage under 50, he is quite simply not a good QB. And when he took over in Denver the team wasn’t doing horribly the defense was, they were putting up points pretty well but the defense was giving up too many. Tebow’s take over coincided with the defense cutting their average points allowed by over 14 a game, and suddenly they were able to win games with a QB throwing less than 10 passes a game. And remember that magic “turn around” ended with 3 lost regular season “win and you’re in” games lucking into the playoffs at 8-8 because their division was horrible and eventually being demolished by the Pats.
Yeah. Ludicrous. WHy not give the guy a chance? The list of back up quaterbacks is unimpressive.
Your original post was "NFL quarterbacks" not backups...
I can't think of one NFL starter...I would replace with Tebow...
I can think of quite a few backups Tebow is far better...
