Fired because of threats. Well, well.
I’m surprised he has lasted this long after what he did.
“threats”
pit bulls!
Fired because of threats, not because he screwed up and can’t be trusted? I think they’re missing the point.
So dummy with a badge shows up to the house of a burglary victim, shoots the dog because that makes the situation better, and instead of finishing off the suffering and injured animal he gets in the car and leaves.
Not only that, but he shot the dog in the back of the head.
What a cowardly and pathetic pos.
“Audio went out because of the loud sound of the shot”
What a bunch of crap. Just how stupid does this bunch of pigs think people are. Sheriff Traylor participated in this stupid attempt of deception and he needs to go as well.
Traylor, “We’ve had hundreds and hundreds of calls and its took time to answer them.”
Where did Drooley come from? The military or what? He clearly has the IQ of a potted plant.
So he wasn't fired because of threats. He was fired a day after being placed on administrative leave because his actions were criminal, if I'm deciphering Sheriff Traylor's attempt to talk his way around making such an admission.
He shot the dog and the, cop lost. He shot the dog and the, cop lost.
Hundreds of threats?
People are obviously getting a belly full of this BS.
Someone who knows dogs can even back down the latter with a combination of vocal tone, posture, and sheer grit--it is all about being the Alpha Male, not a wannabe.
For the Department which considered such training, the potential payoff in the lack of JBT bad press and better community relations just might be worth it.
My coach calmly said, "If you open that door, I'm going to shoot you.
The owner came out and corralled the dog and we took the report.
We couldn't, however, shake off some doubts about the truthfulness of the alleged burglary victim. The Dog That Didn't Bark (and shred the burglar to pieces.)
I hate cops who shoot dogs.
He should have been fired for cruelty to animals and I hope he is successfully prosecuted for it.
Right move, wrong reason given.
The sheriff is saying he fired him because he was receiving threats. So will the sheriff resign if threats are made against him?
Dooley should be charged with a crime and fired for misconduct.
So the sheriff fires him not because this coward shot the dog in the back of the head but because of threats for this outrageous shooting.
This sheriff needs to be next to hand in his badge.
What about the moron who was mugging for the camera?
When I saw that, I thought there is all the evidence we need to fire him for stupidity.
I have wondered in other posts if this dog shooting is being promoted to get the public used to LEOs with guns drawn, and in use. Like the Nazis did. When they showed up, something or someone was gonna get it...
My daddy always told us if we shoot it we have to eat it. If a few of these cops had to eat a dog or two this B.S. would stop real soon.
Woof.
