I am really tired of going up to the door of a library or Post Office to find it lock and then squinting to read the tiny 4"X6" Card in the window. And the mere suggestion that they could provided their customers with a larger sign makes them laugh

As long as we’re dreaming of unicorns, every such office should have some Saturday hours and at lease one late night hours day during the week. Those of us pulling the wagon can’t easily get to a local/state/federal office between 9:00-4:00 Monday through Friday.
