This is biological warfare with the diseases being brought in. It reminds me of when Muzztards would haul plagued bodies over the walls of crusader castles, except we have no walls.
Who needs terrorists with bombs when drunken, unlicensed illegals produce comparable carnage on roads? Who needs terrorists with vials of microbes when nearly same microbes are carried inside and outside of people who, in their native countries, never saw a doctor? Who needs terrorists who take a hostage and demand political surrender when thousands of illegals crowd the streets, wave their flags, and demand political surrender?

No State shall, without Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
I believe our southern border would qualify as an actual invasion, one that will not admit of delay.
Sounds to me like Arizona can deploy troops without approval, should they see fit.
