I tried but just couldn’t get into it. Maybe because I’ve watched the British version and U.S. one just doesn’t measure up.
I don’t understand what your motivation was for House of Cards. Perhaps pure entertainment? My interest in HOC was the truth about Washington that it demonstrated. The British version is useless for that. If you wanted another British version, you just didn’t understand what you were watching....you should totally divorce them in your mind.
Besides, I don’t believe for a minute the Netflix HOC doesn’t measure up, not by objective standards.
