Moscow is preparing a bill to prevent Russian troops from posting selfies and other photographs on social media sites, according to July 29 reports.
The proposed legislation came after soldiers published images on social media sites with captions saying they had been firing artillery into Ukraine.
“We shelled Ukraine all night long,” Russian soldier Vadim Grigoryev wrote beneath a picture of weaponry he published last week on Vkontakte, Russia’s most popular social media network.

My granddad told me they even taught him to write letters. If they were going to be engaging the Enemy in Belgium they wrote that they would be on leave in Paris. If they were cold, they wrote that they were in a warm barracks with 4 times as many troops as there really were.
It was happy propaganda for home and discouraging propaganda for the enemy if he happened to get the letters. Even after the war the habit was so ingrained that they wrote about it almost as if it were all fun and games.

Where in those articles anyone said that Ukrainian side is responsible for civilian deaths? If that is your interpretation, you should contemplate some comprehension enhancement exercises. I don’t expect apologies from you. Your comrades are hiding behind women, children and elderly backs and are not hesitant to kill them as need arises.
