Grisanti opposes illegal immigrant bill
Hamburg Sun ^ | September 6, 2014 | | New York State Senator Mark Grisanti.

Last month, I reconfirmed my opposition to proposed legislation that would allow undocumented immigrants to become New York stae citizens when I launched an online petition drive opposing the measure.

I stand firm in my opposition to what is the most outrageous proposal I have seen, during my time as a member of the New York State Senate.

A bill sponsored by Senator Gustavo Rivera, of the Bronx, was introduced to the state Legislature during our final week of the legislative session in Albany. I plan to continue opposing this legislation every step of the way. Not only would it allow illegal immigrants to vote and run for public office in state and local elections, it would also allow illegal immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses, serve on juries and even become eligible for taxpayer-funded programs such as Medicaid.

In addition to all of that, it would also allow them to receive in-state college tuition rates and financial aid. It never ceases to amaze me how the New York City liberals never seem to learn that New York’s hardworking middle class families are sick and tired of funding what is obviously a politically motivated giveaway program.

I led a successful fight, earlier this year, against another poorly conceived program which would have provided taxpayer-funded college tuition for illegal immigrants, because I thought it was a slap in the face to my constituents and every other law-abiding New York state citizen.

I cannot reiterate enough that this proposed legislation simply goes too far. Approving NYS citizenship and the wonderful rights and privileges that come with it, to people who may be in this country illegally just makes no sense and sends the wrong message to the many law abiding citizens who legally reside here.

The latino Me-first cabal holds US laws in utter contempt. Their only aspirations are to gain power over Americans citizens,......and to control the US govt to get their filthy hands on US tax dollars. Giving them access to politics is a recipe for disaster. They are in collusion, conspiring in numerous criminal activities.

==================================================

NY DAILY NEWS REPORT--This is how calculating latinos connive to gain power. Then-Assemblyman Nelson Castro (DEM-NY) faced a perjury charge that stemmed from a voting scam that he ran out of his Bronx apartment.

On July 31, 2009, Castro was indicted by a Bronx County Grand Jury for committing perjury in a 2008 election fraud ..... a known crook was representing the predominantly Dominican 86th NY Assembly District.

A LIFE OF CRIME By 2008, Castro had already compiled a record of criminal arrests in two states and had lied in court about voter registration fraud inside his own Bronx apartment. And that was before he got elected to office.

By 2010, the arrogant scofflaw Castro owed more than $8,600 in unpaid parking tickets.

Colluding latino Bronx Democratic Party leaders anointed Castro in the summer of that year to fill a spot on the Democratic primary ballot for the 86th Assembly District.

Castro was a former staff member for State Sen. Adriano Espaillat (who just lost a Congressional election) and the party bosses were eager to elect a young Dominican politician in the South Bronx, where the Dominican population was growing rapidly.

"We knew Nelson had had some legal troubles before, but no one had any idea at first how bad they were," said one incredibly stupid latino colluder who participated in Castro's selection.

Castro's "troubles" included a 1989 felony arrest in Michigan for larceny.Michigan court records obtained by the Daily News show that Castro, who was 19 at the time, pled guilty to a misdemeanor conspiracy and was sentenced to 180 days probation.

In 2003, Castro was arrested again in New York, this time for grand larceny. He was accused of pocketing $4,900 in unemployment checks while holding a job. He pled guilty to petty larceny, repaid the money and was slapped with three years probation.

Then in March 2008, Castro was arrested a third time — for driving in East Harlem with a revoked license and as a scofflaw who owed more than $3,000 in parking tickets. By the time latino party leaders feigned surprise when learning the details of his run-ins with the law, they'd already put him on the ballot.

Even more disturbing revelations followed. In addition to being the choice of the power-grabbing latino party bosses for the Assembly, Castro and his campaign had colluded w/ latinos---and orchestrated voter registration fraud.

During the hearing before an election Referee, evidence emerged that 10 people were registered to vote from Castro's one-bedroom apartment at 2269 Hampden Place. In addition to Castro and his fiancée, the other eight included Castro's cousin, his aunt and uncle, two relatives of his fiancée, and three people who were key figures in the Castro campaign. Most had registered to vote only months before.

But Castro had lied---he testified in the hearing that he and his fiancée lived alone and that he had no idea all those people were registered there.

Asked why so many people were claiming to live in the same tiny apartment, Castro's lawyer claimed at one point that it was a "common practice in the Dominican community for families to take in relatives."

NOTE: Registering at Castro's place ---where they did not live---means they were already registered at one or more other places--- voting under several addresses---and several identities. But Castro never got nailed for that.

-=============================================

Grisanti needs to reinforce that the US Senate amnesty bill exempts latino lawmakers like Castro from prosecution for shady deeds committed in office.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Paraphrasing Michelle Malkin's recent observation: the famous Emma Lazarus poem does not read: “Give me your grifters, your parasites, your Third World connivers sucking off taxpayers, your bloodthirsty Muslim bombers yearning to abuse freedom in the name of Allah.”

Grisanti needs to make this known far and wide.

DAVID HANSON'S penetrating insights at the time of the Boston Bombings----that the Tsarnaev brothers offered us a teachable moment about what has become near-suicidal US immigration policies. (published in NTL REVIEW)

Our sap-happy government cannot even assure the public that it is enforcing immigration laws already on the books:

(1) that foreign nationals must at least avoid criminal activity,

(2) that foreigners must stay off public assistance by law,

(3) that the US govt is disinclined to grant "asylum" (means a free ride on the US gravy train and endless SS payments) to “fearful refugees” from war-torn Islamic regions,

(4) govt mandates that force struggling taxpayers to foot the bill for the "refugees" to go back and forth between America and their supposedly hostile homelands on the taxpayers' dime.
