Democrats Support Voter Fraud When Opposing Picture ID’s

The Supreme Court recently upheld a Texas voter ID law. This outrageous piece of legislation would require voters to present a photo ID prior to voting. This is the same sort of requirement that is in place in nearly every country in the world. India requires a photo ID in order to vote, almost every country in Europe has such a requirement. Yet here in the United States requiring a photo ID to vote is met with howls of racism from the Democrats. Interestingly here in Michigan to vote in the Democrats Presidential primary in 2012 voters had to present a photo ID. Apparently it isn’t racism when Democrats require photo ID’s, it’s only racism when Republicans pass laws.

There is no conceivable legitimate reason to not require a photo ID to vote. Blacks and other minorities are not incapable of obtaining a photo ID. They’re easy to get hold of and states that require ID’s for voting offer free picture ID’s. Most minorities have a drivers license, so they already have the necessary ID. If they don’t have a car or are otherwise not allowed to drive, a picture ID is so easy to obtain it’s absurd that the Democrats oppose photo ID’s in the manner they’re opposing them. While Democrats cry racism, their message is that blacks are either too dumb or too lazy to obtain the necessary picture ID. In fact it’s the Republicans who are saying these folks are more than capable of obtaining a photo ID, it’s Republicans who have confidence in the ability of minorities to do things on their own.

Let’s face the facts, the Democrats know full well that blacks and other minorities are perfectly capable of obtaining a photo ID on their own. The reason why Democrats oppose photo ID laws isn’t because minority voters are being prevented from obtaining ID’s, they oppose these laws because it makes it far more difficult to cheat. When a state requires a photo ID, it makes it much more difficult for a voter to wander around from one precinct to another claiming to be a different person each time. If a voter ID law requires poll workers to swipe the ID card into a machine, it makes it more difficult for the same person to vote multiple times under the own name. After all the database will note that such a person has already voted in another precinct and the ID and voter will be red flagged.

While the media hasn’t discussed voter fraud in detail over the last few years, there are people out there who claimed they voted multiple times for Obama in both 2008 and 2012. In Philadelphia there were multiple precincts with more votes than registered voters. In 2000 hanging chads became a big news story. How do you end up with a hanging chad? Easy, you punch more than one ballot at the same time. If you have a stack of five or more ballots, the pin will go through the first few ballots but the rest will will only be partially gone through. Thus you end up with hanging or dimpled chads. Voter fraud may not have been the difference between Obama winning and losing but the Democrats know that in a close race it could be important to them. Thus they’re fighting photo ID laws in the most extreme way possible.

For Democrats opposing voter ID laws is a two for. If they win they get to keep one of the easiest ways to cheat in an election. At the same time they get to cry racism, which is the Democrats favorite weapon. The reality is that no one is disenfranchised when photo ID’s are required. Anyone can get an ID, they’re usually free. Blacks and other minorities are perfectly capable of doing things for themselves. They don’t need to be protected in such a pathetic sort of way. Requiring ID’s isn’t a poll tax, it isn’t aimed at limiting voting. It’s aimed at preventing fraud, it’s aimed at making sure only those allowed to vote are voting. It no more targets blacks than it targets any other racial group. After all, the legion of dead white grandpas that have voted in the past will no longer be able to do so. The way the left has handled this issue suggests that they have something to lose if ID’s are required. They won’t be losing legitimate votes, the Democrats can easily get people to the photo ID office. They’re concerned about losing illegitimate votes. One wonders if they don’t require them to win close elections.

You gotta admit, photo ID laws can be very harmful to people who voted multiple time by accident. /s

Well, duh. Without voter fraud, the Democrats would be a permanent minority at the national level.

Every person who claims NOT to be able to provide an ID to vote:

1. Is well fed
2. Is clothed
3. Has transportation to the polling place
4. Has a cell phone
and most importantly
5. Is full of s-

That’s our system here in Texas, at least for this election. The Dems are HOSED.

I don’t think voter ID turns Democrats into a permanent minority party. However it would prevent them from stealing through fraud close elections (read: elections where the difference is under 1%). I think Obama would have still won in 2008, fraud played no role in his win. Sure, fraud may have given him the win by an extra percentage point but that point didn’t change the result. Even in 2012, his win was big enough that fraud likely didn’t play a role. Obama won Ohio, Virginia and Colorado by 3-5 points. He won Florida by less than 1 point. Even if we accept that his Florida win was by fraud, it wouldn’t have made a difference in the electoral college. The fact is, in 2012 only 4 states were decided by less than 5 points. Fraud wasn’t a factor.

It could have been though, which is why the Democrats are so protective of avenues of fraud like no photo ID requirements. They don’t want another Florida 2000 to happen where they aren’t quite able to pull off the fraudulent upset. They were only 500 fraudulent votes (hanging chads or otherwise) away from putting Al Gore in the White House.

Every single time a dim spouts the racist line or says it’s a poll tax, etc., this example right here should be brought up. Put each and every one of them on the spot and make them explain. Every time!

You’re absolutely right. Incidentally I misspoke, it wasn’t a Presidential primary but a caucus. Which of course makes it all the worse. A primary is run by the government, a caucus is run by the Democrat Party itself. If the Democrats require photo ID’s for their own caucus then why shouldn’t the government require it for primary and general elections?

Just call the dims idiots. Shout it from the rooftops that dim voters are too stupid to get voter ID and that’s why thy are dims. I would make every effort to point it out and offer to give all voters ID for free.

LOL. From my perspective here in Canada the whole controversy seems to be a no brainer. Yeah, here you have to bring you voter card and a piece of ID; although there was an attempt by liberals to allow woman in burkas to not show their face. Thank God that was prevented.
