But then he attacks Le Pen, who is the ONE person that actually will do something about it.

The muzzies are hysterically laughing about the pens and such against thier guns and bullits, and bombs. It’s considered a silly and weak response.

Considering the perps died in a hail of bullets, I think there's a level of recognition that the non-Muslim world will defend itself against specific acts of violence. The reasons zealots act with impunity in Pakistan are (1) the state is riddled with fellow travelers (as in every other government employee is a zealot himself), (2) significant chunks of the populace, perhaps as large as a majority, support their actions and provide logistical help (feeding, hiding, supplying, et al) and (3) the security forces do not prosecute people who kill blasphemers, let alone kill them. None of this is true in the non-Muslim world.

In China, they imprison family members and friends as accessories. The old punishment - for an entire sect that revolted (applied to the Dzungars) - used to be genocide. That's progress for you.

Frankly they are doing this to make themselves feel better about what happened...they ARE afraid.

It's completely rational to be afraid of terrorists, just as one is afraid of violent criminals. The average civilian is unarmed and unprepared, whether the average terrorist or criminal is neither. It's a natural reaction to the fact that the terrorist is armed, has the element of surprise, is trying to kill them and can't, unlike a marauding grizzly or tiger, be readily identified and evaded until it's too late.

Apparently you got only part of that story so I will still disagree that the non-muslim world is going to do more than they have to rid us of this Islamic threat.

That hail of bullets was after ‘hours’ of “sweet talk” trying to get them into surrendering. The gunmen made it very clear and without doubt they were going to go down in a blaze of Glory. ....the police simply gave them what they asked for when they came charging out with all guns blazing.

I agree with you here.

And everybody posting here who thinks this Charlie Hebdo person is out of line doesn’t get it.

This kind of thing IS their line.

When the canary in the coal mine dies and everyone is running for the exits (or in this case, hashtagging their outrage), Hebdo farts in your general direction and says,

“Well, maybe you should have been taking precautions all along, and not just waiting for the canary to die.”

You always want them to surrender. Can't get information out of dead bodies. The French used to have creative ways of extracting information with the aid of a car battery and jumper cables.

True. Deep down he's still an idiot socialist, no doubt.

Only slightly. They would respect the West much more if there was the thought in the back of their minds that average citizens on the street might be carrying, and could take them out in the middle of their assault, or if there were some who were popping off those few most radical local imams.

Muslims who would kill blasphemers already respect the West because we have a functioning security apparatus that will root them out and either arrest or kill them. This is why a significant % of France's 4m Muslims believe blasphemers should be killed, but only now, has anyone been killed for blasphemy. In a lot of Muslim countries, they can kill literally without consequence. When was the last time someone was punished for a blasphemy killing anywhere in the Muslim world? The reasons zealots act with impunity in Pakistan are (1) the state is riddled with fellow travelers (as in every other government employee is a zealot himself), (2) significant chunks of the populace, perhaps as large as a majority, support their actions and provide logistical help (feeding, hiding, supplying, et al) and (3) the security forces do not prosecute people who kill blasphemers, let alone kill them.

None of this is true in the non-Muslim world. That's why we get these one-offs. Close to a majority of Muslims say they believe in the idea that martyrs who die killing the infidel will go to paradise. However, the paucity of such actions in non-Muslim countries suggests that most Muslims are keeping their fingers crossed. They say they believe, but would rather stay alive, on the off-chance that Allah is an imaginary deity.

When something tragic happeneds all the despicable elitists come out as your friend while they are still friends with the enemy. Two faced parasitic cretans, we need leaders with a much different world view
