Why Does Obama Get Job Performance Approval?

U.S. debt had increased by 70% under Obama

It is one of the great mysteries. How does Barack Obama continue to generate job approval ratings that say he’s doing a good one?

On a recent weekend Rasmussen Reports rated him at 51% while Gallup gave him a 49% rating. At the Pew Research Center, his rating was at 47%, but they noted that at this time in his presidency, George W. Bush had a job approval rating of 33% while Bill Clinton was rated at 63% approval.

Of course, Bush and Clinton were President at different times dealing with different factors but metaphorically Obama’s ratings suggest that close to half of the voters polled still thought he was doing a good job or, at the very least, not a bad one.

Because there are a huge load of people out there who are allowed to vote who have not the slightest idea what ‘U.S. debt’ even means.

Obama's rating has gone up since the new session in DC started. That's because people admire strength over weakness, even when they don't agree with it.

The RINO/Globalist/Chamber of Commerce sellouts give people no reason to approve of them instead.

The moment gas prices tanked Obama’s ratings rose. LIV credit him with saving them serious $ on a wkly basis.

Ignorance is the problem.

Add 47% living on handouts to include a free house, free food, free healthcare, an EBT card for beer and whatever, a phone, plus all you can steal and cash money to vote. Voting is a job for some blacks.

Two reasons: a significant percentage of the public wants other people’s money today with no thought of the future economic impact. Another group wants the country destroyed for the “sins of the founding”. They have become a large coalition.

Missing from the various explanations is the possibility (probability?) that most polling organizations skew left anyway, so the people they “select” for the polls may not be entirely random.

Cause 47% of our population really DOES want a Government that sticks it to “the 1%” and gives away free stuff.

Sorry guys, but it’s true.

Why does Obama have a good job approval rating? Because he's had the press smooching his butt for eight years. The self-proclaimed "watchdog press" acts as Obama's watchdog, not the public's watchdog.

The press's instincts are exactly the opposite of what they are when a Republican is in office.

To take just one example: wind farms are killing hundreds of thousands of birds, including several endangered species, yet the general public is scarcely aware of it. If that was going on under a Republican administration, if a Republican administration was giving waivers to favored corporations to the detriment of the environment, the press would be in a huge uproar
