Under Obama, the United States is ready to work with the U.N. to pressure Israel into accepting the resolution
President Barack Obama always gets what he wants. He circumvents the Constitution, and circumvents Congress, to do it, but he always gets what he wants in the end. I am sure it is frustrating to him that the Republicans refuse to be a rubber stamp for Obama’s foreign anti-American policies. But, despite the “obstructionists,” as he likes to call them, in Congress, Obama has succeeded in federalizing a number of issues, creating racial divide, and knocking America down a few notches on the world stage.
Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is not as easy to bully, as are the cowardly congressional Republicans. Netanyahu is standing firm on his positions, and recognizes the dangers posed by his Islamic neighbors, and Obama’s liberal left calls for appeasement. The Iran deal that Obama, and fellow international leftists, are trying to negotiate is a dangerous one, and Netanyahu has called it that from the start. So, what does Obama do when those around him won’t play ball? He does as he’s done with Congress, and the Constitution. He circumvents them.
The two-state solution, as it is called, involves Israel giving up some of her territory to the Palestinians, so that they may have a country of their own. However, that will not create peace. Palestinians are not a people without a nation. They are refugees, they claim, seeking to return to their home, but in reality they are Jordanian and Crete rejects. They are Islamists intent on creating more havoc against Israel. Their solution is no Israel, and Netanyahu knows it.

This is going to be difficult to stop, for it was the UN that created the state of Israel, forcing it on the Arabs (from their point of view).
Britain could stop it in the Security Council if they have the courage, or France, but they never have courage.
This would be the natural course for anti semetics. Maybe Britain and Germany would rather not die on fire at the hands of Iran, just to prop up Obama’s mad legacy. Maybe THEY would pull Israel out of the fire, at the UN.
Its whatever Valerie Jarrett tells him it is.

It looks like Netanyahu is going back to negotiations. And that’s not a bad thing, because it will take the pressure off Israel from stuff like is mentioned in the above article ...

Israel’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Tzachi Hanegbi (Likud) said yesterday in an interview that the new government is willing to return to the negotiation table with the Palestinians.
“We would be delighted to renew the negotiations,” Hanegbi said in an interview with the Israel Project. “We believe it is in the interest of both people– the Israeli and the Palestinian– to have a dialogue; to discuss our disputes; to try and find [a] common denominator in the issues that are so crucial to both people.”
Hanegbi, a Netanyahu loyalist, also said that the new government will begin an intense effort to renew the trust between the United States and Israel.
“We will make an effort, a very, very intimate and intense effort to renew the trust between the governments,” said the deputy foreign minister. “It is essential for the security of Israel. It is essential for the survival of the state of Israel.”
Hanegbi’s words are significant in light of Netanyahu’s vocal opposition this week to the establishment of a Palestinian state. The hostility of the Obama Administration towards Netanyahu was also widely reported in the weeks leading up the Israeli election.

WELL ... I do know that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that there would NEVER be Palestinian State on his watch, if he was re-elected as Prime Minister. And that was a DRAMATIC change of policy by Netanyahu, given just hours before the election started!
Perhaps what Netanyahu intends to do now is simply TALK ... and never agree to a state ... LOL ...

Actually it was the League of Nations, with the Paledtine Mandate ... which was officially handed over to the United Nations by the League of Nations.
It was the British, by “pulling out” of maintaining the Palestine Mandate that set up the conditions for a the Jewish officials to declare the State of Israel in 1948.
All the while, leading up to 1948, the British government did all it could, in its power to prevent a Jewish State from being formed, and instead wanted just ONE STATE with the Arabs outnumbering the Jews TWO-TO-ONE!
Instead, the Jews split it up into two parts, so that the area they controlled, would be PRIMARILY JEWISH ... and that was the Jewish State of 1948.

Prediction/warning: should the US/UN push Bibi too hard on accepting their “solution”, Bibi may decide to solve two problems at once by, as he made quite clear he would, eliminating the Iranian nuclear weapon development sites.
Oh, and by “eliminate”, I consider that they are buried deep and well-armored, which will require nothing short of a nuclear ground strike. Very disruptive of delicate negotiations.
This WILL happen.

I think you are exactly right. Obama had better not pick that fight with Bibi. He and Valerie will wake up to a DeNuked Iran. God Bless Israel!
Part of any deal would need to be that residents of the West Bank must be able to freely move into Jordan and be accepted as Jordanians. Likewise with Gaza residents being able to move into Egypt.
