Sadly, the Cruz birthers' minds are made up, no use trying to convince them with facts. They'll spend the eight years of his Presidency across the street from the Cruz White House demonstrating, carrying placards over their shoulders, handing out flyers, and throwing cat litter at laughing passers-by.
yeah, but I think there’s only like 12 of them.....and they’re on all the internet sites 24/7 with machine gun posting to make it seem like there’s a lot of them.
A citizen is a citizen. Cruz is a citizen. He is over 35 years old.— In that case I know an absolutely great guy from Argentina, a naturalized citizen… but, no, I'm not willing to ignore that the Constitution requires a natural born citizen.
And yes, people have been naturalized by circumstance of their birth; I recently posted this naturalization act, which clearly did so.
So, no, "because I was born into it" cannot be equivalent to the natural born requirement which excludes the naturalized citizens.
You’re just full of mumbo jumbo - conflating this and that - babbling incoherently and keeping it overly complicated on purpose.
I hate to break your little heart, but your computer science degree is not working out so well in this case.
Okay fancy pants, look at Chapter 2 number 320. I’ll accept your mea culpa any time.....
I was convinced about it during the Obama Birther
debates; I'm not about to go against my own convictions simply because our guy
would benefit.
John Bingham (Congressman, Judge, and a framer of the 14th Amendment), on Congressional record of the House on March 9, 1866 during the discussion concerning the 14th Amendment said the following concerning it:
[I] find no fault with the introductory clause, which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.
Now, please tell me why this definition is incorrect.
You mean the chapter titled nationality through naturalization
?
I don't see why I should give a mea colpa over that, since you just proved my point.
Dog.
He was born with his citizenship.
That’s all I need.
If you need more, then don’t support him, in fact, do whatever you got to do to be able to sleep at night.
I am not concerned with your concern.
I thought that if an “inexperienced” communist community organizer could take down a 200 yr old republic in 8 years then I would vote for Cruz to let us rebuild it in half that time.
God willing, of course. Is God willing? I know He’s angry.
By the way, I was in the process of writing a personal vanity on this subject but decided to do some research first. Good thing I did.
no, you didn’t.......
You know what? Why don’t you and I just bet a few hundred thousand dollars on how this is going to turn out. I’m game......willing to put your money where your cowboy keyboard is??????
2: 320 confers full citizenship status. Call it citizen, natural born citizen, naturalized citizen, call it what you want.
He’s the Constitutional expert, not you.
