the president is the head of the executive branch of the federal government....he cannot tell the states what to do, he can tell those of his administration what to try to get the states to do...his job is C in C which he failed miserably at and to see to it that the laws are carried out....executive orders are not laws, and the incoming president can burn them all up.....but unconstitutional executive orders don’t have to be carried out, but democrats don’t believe that...

The fed has made the rule already. Federal law states you have to be a "citizen of the United States" to be entitled to and allowed to vote. Obama, as usual, is making up his own set of rules and trying to force us all to abide by them.

If you look at the form....the first box asks if you are a citizen. Then the form says...if you answered no....do nopt complete this form.

It's about "proof".

I agree....it is a problem. Another problem is printing the forms in other languages.

American citizens have the unalienable right to have their legally cast votes be legitimately counted in determining the outcome of elections and not be cancelled by the illegally cast ballots of non-citizens. You are right. But the problem is that the vast majority of Americans do not realize this is happening. We here at FR can see the picture, but understand that we are only a tiny fraction of the voting public. They rely on the media (MSM) to inform them, and as we know, the MSM is not telling them the truth.
