Two Thirds of Texas Murders by Illegal Aliens?

From pjmedia.com:
PJ Media obtained a never-before-released copy of a Texas DPS report on human smuggling containing the numbers of crimes committed by aliens in Texas. According to the analysis conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety, foreign aliens committed 611,234 unique crimes in Texas from 2008 to 2014, including thousands of homicides and sexual assaults.
The precise number of homicides (presumably murders and non-negligent manslaughters) is listed as 2,993. From the FBI UCR, Table 20, the murders and non-negligent manslaughters listed for Texas in those years are the following:
2008 1372,
2009 1325
2010 1246
2011 1089
2012 1141
2013 1133
The period of the Texas DPS study is listed from October of 2008 to April of 2014. That would be a period of five years and seven months, or 67 months. From the FBI UCR, we see total murders and non-negligent manslaughters for the years 2008 - 2013 in Texas. That number is 7306 for the 72 months, or 101 per month.
The periods overlap for all but four months, so we would expect the average per month to be very close. At 101 x 67 that would be 6,767 total murders and non-negligent manslaughters for the 67 month period.
That is all murders and non-negligent manslaughters, solved and unsolved. The clearance rate for all murders and non-negligent manslaughter for the South, West, Central region is 65.8% for 2012, according to the FBI UCR.
The illegal aliens reported in the DPS report were all arrested. It is likely that a third who committed murders and non-negligent manslaughters were not arrested. That would increase the number of illegal immigrant crimes by 50%, to 4,489. That does not take into account that only illegal aliens who already had their fingerprints in the criminal database were counted in the DPS study.
If that number is close to correct, over the 67 month period that we have records for, 66+%, or 2/3 of all murders in Texas were committed by illegal aliens.
That is an astounding number. I would like to see the actual DPS study. If the Daily Caller has the study, they should release it.

A retired law officer told me that he could believe the 2/3 number. He said that Texas has a high concentration of illegals; that many are heavily involved with the cartels, gangs and drugs; that they come from a culture with no respect for the rule of law, because of rampant corruption, so the 2/3 figure might well be correct.

Which is why any support of criminal foreign invasion is treason. They are enemies of the United States and the code for treason is perfectly clear:
18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

American citizens have literally been dying for a secure border and enforcement of our laws.
Both parties have been complicit in making sure we get neither secure borders or enforcement.
They have actually been holding enforcement hostage until we agree to give them amnesty.
TREASON against the citizens!!

...that they come from a culture with no respect for the rule of law... I can attest to that. I was on business in San Antonio, staying at a motel. The first night I planned on meeting up with some friends, and the clerk gave me a strange warning: "Please be very careful pulling out of the parking lot; it's a one way street, not very well lit."
I asked him why, and all he could say was "there's a lot of traffic sometimes." Another guest of the motel came up and explained: "He's reluctant to say it, but it's the illegals; they drive around at night with their headlights off to avoid being seen by the police. You have to be careful when you pull out or you may get hit by them. If you're involved in an accident, they'll just abandon their car - it may not be theirs anyway - and run away."

Maybe Perry’s so maniacal on Trump because he’s afraid how deep the shovels might dig.

And therein lies a key point: a culture with no respect for the rule of law. And guess what? To cross the border illegaly in the first place demonstrates that very lack of respect.
NO ILLEGAL AMNESTY! DEPORT THEM ALL!
To: marktwain
Further evidence that the open border issue is, or should be a deal breaker for anyone remotely conservative. To paraphrase Slow Joe Biden: “this is a big effin’ deal’’. There is no way I will support an open borders candidate, even if his opponent is Satan himself.

I’m no defender of Illegals, but here in Texas we have plenty of home-grown killers around too. I doubt it’s that high, but the bigger question is why is it tolerated at all and why won’t Republicans do a damn thing about it.

Thousands of illegals that come in are hard core criminals and they know they have a play ground, America, that they can murder and other hard crimes and just get sent back to Mexico. Some fun, right? And they consider that such fun that they come back in and do it all over again, again, again, etc.

Perry is sickening. He’s all hat and no cattle when it comes to illegal immigration. The commercial he’s running is a joke. He didn’t do squat to affect the tens of thousands crossing illegally into Texas.

I wonder why the illegals are afraid of getting caught in San Antonio, nothing happens to them if they are.

Trump better SCREAM these stats loud and clear each and every day.

At least we still carry out the death penalty.
To: BobL
It's bad enough that we have our own killers, the Feds/Chamber of Commerce insist we have to import more.
