It was unclear what activity Trump was referring to that should have landed Rattner in jail. Trump did not respond to CNNMoney's request for comment. In 2010, Rattner did pay $10 million in fines when he settled with the New York state attorney general for his alleged involvement in a pension fund scheme. At that time, Rattner escaped jail time whereas some others who were involved in the same scheme, such as former New York comptroller Alan Hevesi, did not....
Seems rather clear what activity Trump was referring to.

Says the man who bankrupted four companies, had a scam “university,” and is involved in at least two MLM organizations.

They make it sound like they don’t know what Trump was talking about, when it’s quite obvious.

Of of the things that scare the hell out of people who have wronged him (Trump) or told lies about him is that he never forget them and he has openly admitted...’I hold grudges for a long time’.

How much are you getting per anti-Trump post from JEB? Or, are you actually that committed to a mobbed up crook? Even our host, Jim Robinson, that most tolerant and Christian of gentleman, has said that JEB is not one of us.
While I don't, as a rule, like poking a monkey in a cage, you are worth the chase...

I think Trump knows a lot about a lot of people. Things they would rather not be made known.

Rattner was accused of a “pay-to-play” scheme involving New York’s pension fund, in which Rattner’s Quadrangle allegedly gave kickbacks to officials if they directed state pension money to the fund.
Steven Rattner, founding partner of Quadrangle and former Obama administration ‘auto czar’ settled a pension fund scheme allegation for $10 million.
In addition to the fine, Rattner was also banned from appearing before any public pension fund within New York for five years.
