You know nothing about hospital politics. Ben Carson was the *director* of pediatric neurosurgery at John Hopkins for many many years and a world renowned pioneer in the separation of twins.
That takes a lot lot lot more stamina and self-discipline than anything any other candidate has ever done in their entire lives. Standing at an OR table separating two pediatric brains for 15 hours or longer.
Geeze, I just love reading people here calling him a doctor. Not quite the same. Not even close.
However, it is of best use in a medical-related setting. The best man for the White House and President of the U.S.A. is one who is an expert in the Constitution. Things like Obamacare are unconstitutional, regardless of how the SC rules. Ted Cruz knows zip about medicine but a lot about the Constitution -- he recognizes unconstitutional government when he sees it and I will vote for him because he is to American government and the Constitution, what Carson is to medicine.
Hiring Carson to run the U.S. is kind of like hiring an expert plumber to build a house -- great qualifications but the wrong application.
I can also say Cruz id right on the issues but there is no lead in his pencil. Can’t get any thing done.
It’s sad, but you really don’t have a clue about the average voter and how they make decisions. This is a hyper-visual media age and Cruz makes a horrible impression. He’s stilted like a robot, wears ill-fitting suits, has a an unlikable countenance with a voice that’s nearly as nasally and annoying as H. W. Bush. Not surprising at all that he can’t get traction: no one will listen to someone as repellent as Cruz. It’s an unfortunate reality, so what in God’s name can you be thinking?
but the document also called for raising the prevailing wage paid to foreigners on H-1B skilled worker visas and putting in place a requirement that employers hire American workers first
The boy wants an explanation, so here’s mine:
Cruz is already part of the bacon-wrapped shrimp plate devotees of Washington, D.C. He has been there long enough to lose his conservative virginity, and has really not cooked up legislation, with his name at the top, that has passed. He talks a good game, talks a lot about the Constitution, yet his mannerisms put him out of it, by means of still smooching butts with those there.
What would he do with all the damn invaders here, now?
What would he do with the stinking muslims, protect their not-had-yet religious rights?
What about jobs?
What about all these criminal acts being done under this ‘negrolivesmatter’ crap?
You’re welcome ;)
I know what you are thinking — surrender to stupid voting.
Trust her intuition. My wife has said the same about Ted during the campaign. And she has been right for the 32 years we’ve been together.
Cruz won’t win any voters over if you insult people who don’t vote for him now. It’s up to you people who support Cruz to tell us why despite mega hours of positive FOX news and talk radio show exposure Cruz is at like 4%? That’s pathetic.
Thank you for posting this thread. I have a hard time believing the polls regarding Ben Carson. I know a couple of people supporting him (evangelical Christian friends who are ignoring Cruz for some reason) but that’s it. He’s appearing at a book signing in a few days and I’ve seen one email about it. Nothing at all on facebook. In contrast, when Sarah Palin came promoting her first book people lined up hours in advance, overnight, in freezing temperatures. We are suspecting and wondering how much of Carson’s support is media-driven, even fabricated. Carson will drop and when he does will we see that this has all been a set-up in order to claim conservatives are racist supporters of racist Trump or racist Cruz? Is his support real or is he being used by the establishment to lessen the support of Cruz and/or Trump? Carson is keeping Trump from getting an unsurmountable lead and keeping Cruz from catching fire, while Jeb continues to stick around. Carson is a nice man, but do we really know him? Did he vote for Barack Obama?
Wise husband.
Someone Please Explain How SO Many People Would Take Carson Over CRUZ? I Don’t Get That At All-

It’s really very simple. LIV’s (Low Information Voters) are not limited to the Democratic Party only.
Wise husband.
I have not always been thus...and have the “scars” to prove it. She never once said, “I told you so”....:)
My opinion is not based on any fear of Hillary. I hate to use this word, but Cruz doesn’t seem to have any gravitas. To the average voter, he comes across as whiny and not really likable.
Cruz is right on most of the issues, but what really troubles me is that he on board with his corporate masters on the cheap labor express. He has proposed a huge increase in H1B1 visas.
A black man running for president and he's a Republican! Yayyyy! We have to vote for him. He will be OUR Obama! We will beat Obama with our own black guy!
Well, that's pretty much how it was going down, until what's her name, Gloria something or other, showed up at a press conference with a baker's dozen of bimbos. To quote "Blazing Saddles", Herman did his best Jesse Owen impression if you know what I mean.
What was his qualifications to be president? Well he ran a chain of pizza restaurants. Godfathers was it? He also did a great job with Burger King as well. So definitely WAY more accomplished than Obama. Also he was a nice guy, a Tea Party guy, a radio talk show host and and catchy campaign slogan...9-9-9.
I liked Herman Cain. And if it was between him and Mitt Romney, I would have voted Cain for sure.
Now we have Ben Carson and we are going through the same routine. Yayyy! A black Republican to vote for again. And a really nice guy too. (And he is). Our black guy will beat their black guy. Or their witch of a woman.
Allen West, where the heck are you? You would make an awesome president. (And I'm dead serious)
The GOPe would eat Carson alive! He would never know what hit him!
more melanin....simple...eazy peazy
This times a billion. People arguing other issues are wanting symptoms treated rather than a cure for the disease.
