Clinton has perjured herself before the House Committee and likely committed numerous felony acts by mishandling classified information through unsecured email transmissions
This is the admission from Hillary Clinton to Rep. Martha Roby in her testimony to the House Select Committee on Benghazi October 22, 2015. Amid her expert dancing around substantive answers, what emerged was culpability in the lack of action to either secure or extract the embassy team from Benghazi.
Revealed facts include the 600 requests for additional security in less than a year, beginning with the previous ambassador, Gene Cretz, who was afterward posted to Ghana. The newly confirmed ambassador to Libya, Chris Stevens, had more than 20 urgent requests included in that total (83 from May to September) and, although Secretary of State Clinton acknowledged that she “knew exactly” what was transpiring in Benghazi, she did not allocate resources to the embassage protection. Instead, Clinton delegated the whole issue to “security professionals,” evidently in order to wipe her hands of the situation. Plausible deniability is the accepted term among the political class avoiding responsibility.
So, where are the indictments?
“I did not have sex with that woman - Miss Lewinsky!” -

Scooter Libby was convicted with much less evidence.
“In October 2005, Libby was indicted by a federal grand jury....In the subsequent federal trial, United States v. Libby, the jury convicted Libby on four of the five counts”
When is Hillary going to be indicted? Should we wait for the trial until we hopefully get a Republican who won’t commute or pardon her?

I am getting a feeling that the only way Hillary will be stopped will be a bolt of lightning or some other miraculous event. There could be video of her doing the most heinous deeds and 47% will never waver in her support. There will be an additional 10% that will support her because republicans are mean.

Remarbly little attention to the news Hillary sent top secret, real time ifo to Chelsea. Who knew the latter had a Top Secret clearance??

That was such a bizarre interaction.
But in the news coverage, I heard not one word reporting how Hillary went into full force cackle mode when asked that question about her going home the night of the attack.
Can you imagine if a Republican were being grilled by a congressional committee, and he/she laughed out loud at a serious question being put to him/her?? Can you imagine Chris Mathews and the rest of the MSNBC crowd being critical of laughing about serious matters?
Yet because she is Hillary, and a good Democrat, she gets a pass.
Anyone else notice that at times during the hearings, Hillary leaned on her hand, conveying body language that she wasn’t taking these proceedings seriously?? I also heard not one word about that in the media reporting.
Can you imagine the media reaction, if a Republican were slouched down, leaning head on hand, looking bored, during a congressional inquiry???

I refuse to get too interested in this mess until someone in an appropriate position of prosecutorial authority announces an indictment and a court date for a hearing.
There seems to be too much of a “Lucy-yanking-the-football-away” vibe to it. I’ll just check on it from time to time to see if there is going to be anything more to it than the (so far) reality-tv show dramatics. My expectation is that nothing will come of it other than well-founded finger-pointing. It is my hope that someone surprises the poop out of me.
