Anyone remember when you could buy a stick of real IDEAL brand licorice at the druggist? THAT stuff was BAD as it was pure licorice, with no sugar!

I subsisted on black licorice for almost a month in college one time when I didn't have any money but the cupboard in my apartment was loaded with packages of black licorice.
Since then, I cannot stand to look at black licorice, let alone stand the taste of it.
