I disagree strongly with Trump on his remarks about Bush “lying” about WMD’s
But, that is not a make or break issue with me.
But, I think it lends weight to the arguments of those who think Trump isn’t a true conservative.
I am watching and thankfully dont have to vote for awhile now.

Were it not for 9-11, it is not a stretch to say that GWBush would have been a one termer... just like his argyle sock daddy, WWII service aside and all that. The Bush’s are all the way back to Brown Harriman investment bank, establishment. Which is why Barbara still calls Billy bob Clintoon... just like one of her sons. The “other” acceptable “semi-catholic” liberal wing of the “establishment” who .. “went to good schools”. Lord, spare us any more dynasties. We CAN rule ourselves without these people.
My state’s primary isn’t until April 26th. Alot can happen between now and then. For now I favor Trump, warts and all.

It shouldn't hurt Trump that he concluded as did Hans Blix, that the US and Britain were over-stating their case.
The US senate and house investigations determined Bush was 'wrong'. Wrong for some folks can be reasonably be viewed by others as intentionally wrong.

I'm looking at the background on Trump and Planned Parenthood.
1. He says to Hugh Hewitt that PP should be defunded.
2. He says to CNN that the abortions at PP should be defunded but that the 'women's health' stuff is good and he'd have no problem continuing those.
3. He says that PP can be viewed as having 2 parts.
What I've not found yet is a quote by Trump saying that he realizes funds are fungible and that he'd ensure that PP would remain unfunded unless it totally stopped doing any abortions.
It is really possible that that is what he meant, but I can't find anything yet that irrefutably proves that is what he meant.
In hindsight, both Bushes were not very good legacy-wise.
