Put all of the rumors aside; Cruz supporters please answer one simple question: Which state not even states, but state could Cruz win that Romney could not in a general election?

This is a serious question not a trick question. This needs be answered.

The polls mostly show Cruz doing better against Hillary than Trump does. Explain that.

I’ve been saying this all along. Someone answered Colorado. Not enough.

Reagan was also WAY too conservative to win any states.

I don’t believe all the polls I read. Cruz cannot even get more votes than Trump.

And it’s not just what the polls say. It’s about turnout. I am not so sure Cruz on the ballot would create a huge turnout.

OK, let me ask you: Who is the opponent or opponents?

Hillary? Bernie?

Trump 3rd party?

Bernie 3rd party?

Who are the VP picks of each?

See? Pretty dependent upon what goes on doesn’t it?

Stupid question meant to be easy

False premise. Romney was moderate/liberal. Cruz is conservative. We have been claiming for years that the milquetoast candidates don't inspire people to vote for them.

Presumably an actual conservative candidate would win many states that the milquetoast Romney could not. If not, then we have a bigger problem than selecting the right candidate.

All of the states that Bush won in 2004. Possibly all of the states that Bush Sr. won in 1988 or that Reagan won in 1980.

If your election strategy is to try and get as many cross-over Democrat votes as we can, why not nominate Algore? Hell, let’s nominate Hillary to run against Hillary and we will be guaranteed to win!

Hillary wouldn't either. I think either Cruz or Trump will beat her like a drum.

FACT: Cruz garnered less than 20% of the Republican primary vote in Virginia, Florida, and Ohio.

What is his path to the Presidency in the general election? I have yet to get an answer to this question.

Pretty much the whole Bush ‘04 map and then some. The opponent is Hillary Clinton, not Obama, not Godzilla. You won’t have the big African American turnout. Democrat men are turned off by HRC.

Whereas Trump on the ballot will be guaranteed to create a huge turnout among Hillary supporters. Hell, it is probably the only thing that can possibly generate a huge turnout among Hillary supporters. Conservative voters will stay home though.

“Reagan was also WAY too conservative to win any states.”

Terrible comparison. Reagan was dismissed in a fashion more similar to Trump, except Reagan was far more familiar with politics...

Not even Mick Jagger could bed enough women to
become President using that method alone,
so Ashley Cruz should give up instead of endless
false accusations that diminish what is left of him.
