Obama Friendly Judge A Repeat Offender – Okays Illegal Alien Ted Cruz In NJ/Liberal Judge Who Ruled Obama A Citizen Repeats Same Mistake With Cruz

As was expected, the New Jersey judge who ruled in 2012 that Hussein Obama is a natural born citizen without having to personally see the relevant documents has made the same baseless decision in the matter of Canadian Ted Cruz. He’s accepted the birth certificate of Canadian birth to a US mother as documentation of his fitting the requirements for being a natural born citizen, without ever having to have been declared a US citizen in compliance with the law.

Unless Cruz registered with the State Department as an American citizen prior to his 18th birthday, documenting his foreign birth, or was naturalized in some other way, he is today a foreigner. This judge chose to focus narrowly on the issue of a single parent being able to convey natural-born status, which is almost irrelevant in some ways to the Cruz situation. He missed completely, probably because it fits his globalist establishment duties to do so, the larger issue of Cruz failing to become an American citizen under the law.

The pro-Cruz, pro-GOP establishment Townhall.com reported simplistically, “A judge in New Jersey has ruled that Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is indeed a natural-born citizen and is therefore eligible to be on the New Jersey ballot. Cruz, who was born in Calgary while his father was working there, is an American citizen via his mother’s American citizenship.”

American citizen and natural born are two different things. More importantly in the case of this illegal alien Ted Cruz, is the “fact” that his records are hidden, just as his comrade Hussein Obama has hidden his, because he is not an American citizen. Having failed to apply for US citizenship by the age of 18 prevents it from being conveyed to him by birth.

This agenda-driven judge chose to ignore that reality. The citizenship of his parents is of no benefit if he never acted upon it, which he did not. He’s a foreigner and they are deliberately skewing the argument to once again subvert our Constitution and advance the anti-American globalist interests.

The candidate, Victor Williams, has seven more cases filed. Maybe he’ll find an honest judge who will demand that Cruz show his records somewhere along the way. Maybe the other seven will also contend that we must trust and not verify when Lyin’ Ted says he’s an American. Maybe the corruption has already gone too far.

Big difference. The Republicans did not push the issue. The Dems will. If Cruz gets the nomination, all we will hear is that he is not a NBC. Big if.

Well you can look at this decision's this way...Christie had no pull or in put, so he can't be blamed for helping his buddy Trump...

On the other hand, I'm glad Christie endorsed Trump...

Yep, it would go on and on for Cruz. He knew this long ago. And he’s still losing.

Btw, what the “Republicans” do or don’t do means little as they can’t be trusted. The only thing we know for sure is they’re corrupt and support/create really bad policies.

Here is what the judge said when ruling on Obama:

In the end, Judge Masin ruled that Obama’s nomination petition was not defective, Obama had no obligation to prove his eligibility, and that in general the children of aliens born in the United States were natural born citizens.

Y’all were warned after Trump started this crap after losing in Iowa that this was a stupid tactic and that it would fail every time it’s tried.

I also remember saying that absolutely no ruling would ever please you. Not from any judge, not from any court because it will fail every time.

In the end your arguments are all the same: we don’t care we worship trump and to he’ll with logic.

“Cruz was a citizen the moment he was born, because his mother was a \us citizen, so he’s a natural born citizen”

No, that is an often repeated lie. If his mother was still a U.S. citizen on 22 December 1970, which is in doubt, the only path to U.S. citizenship for Ted Cruz was the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952 that offered an opportunity to elect or decline U.S. naturalized citizenship for a child born abroad with a U.S. citizen parent.

“The alternative would be a naturalized citizen, but Cruz never had to go through a naturalization process.”

The claim that a person acquires natural born citizenship by being born with a U.S. citizen parent anywhere inside or outside U.S. jurisdiction is a lie and a fraud. No person has lawfully acquired U.S. natural born citizenship except when born under the protection of diplomatic immunity. Birth abroad with or without U.S. citizen parents has always required naturalization without or with naturalization quota procedures to acquire only U.S. naturalized citizenship. From the Naturalization Act of 1802 to the act in 1855 and afterwards for some classes, a child born abroad with 2 U.S. citizen parents was born without any U.S. citizenship, natural born citizenship or naturalized citizenship, because there was no available naturalization law in effect to grant naturalized citizenship to these children of US. citizens. The U.S. Supreme Court noted these facts in its comment: U.S. Supreme Court case: United State v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 18 S.Ct. 456, 42 L.Ed. “A person born out of the jurisdiction of the United States can only become a citizen by being naturalized....”

“Tell them a hundred more times and i guarantee you won’t even leave a dent.....some are a little slow if you know what i mean.”

Your repetition of the same lies and mistakes a hundred times doesn’t make them any less erroneous than they wee when you made them the first time.

Name one issue where Trump isn’t conservative.

Right off the bat, proving he is a populist (changes his opinion to mimic popular opinion) I would say Ethanol. Weeks before election time Trump proved his character once again. What is his character, well it is "switching positions". It is playing the populist game while leaving a trail of fruit so bad that one time he was the laughing stock of conservatives.

Lets look at FR when Trump first suggest he might run for president in 2006. Take time to note the replies by members. Just see how conservative people thought he was back then. BTW... they were right.

He supports ethanol subsidies. He supports federal control of healthcare.

On many issues he has been on both sides of the issue so its hard to tell what he really believes.

I was against Cruz for his GOPe Globalism years before Trump declared.

The real question is, why didn't Cruz settle this matter or deal with it so it would not be a sword of Damocles over his head and the country's?

I bet you didn’t know there is a searchable data base for Trump’s donations. This is the total of Trump’s contibutions to Harry Reid from 1988 to present day. The truth will set you free.

Does it look to you like Trump was a major Reid donor? Its the least part of his <$1,500,000 political contributions since 1989.

“TRUMP, DONALD
NEW YORK, NY 10022” Reid, Harry (D) 3/21/2003 $2,000
“TRUMP, DONALD
NEW YORK, NY 10022” Reid, Harry (D) 3/21/2003 $2,000
“TRUMP, DONALD
NEW YORK, NY 10022” Reid, Harry (D) 3/27/1998 $1,000
“TRUMP, DONALD J
NEW YORK, NY 10022” Reid, Harry (D) 3/26/2009 $2,400

Trump has actually been relatively evenhanded in doling out cash to the two parties, but since 1989, he’s contributed over $350,000 more to Republicans running for federal and state offices, campaign finance records show.

Data from the Federal Election Commission and state elections offices provided by the two websites show that Trump has given $584,850 to Democrats and $961,140 to the GOP over the last 26 years. Since 2012, Trump has donated $463,450 to Republicans and just $3,500 to Democrats (California Attorney General Kamala Harris and New York Assemblyman Michael Benedetto).

We’ve included those numbers below, with links to records of the individual contributions.

Totals Republicans Democrats

Federal $703,900 $327,600

State $257,240 $257,250

Total $961,140 $584,850

At the site below there are clickable links that list individual donations. The truth will set you free. Does it look to you like Trump was a major Reid donor? Its the least part of his <$1,000,000 political contributions.

At the same time, the real estate mogul’s gifts to Republican candidates and organizations increased dramatically. Since 2010, Trump has donated $124,000 to the National Republican Senatorial Committee and given another $50,000 to American Crossroads, a conservative super PAC.
