Wisconsin school officials try to physically block ‘Jesus lunch’ served by moms off school grounds

Little dictators vs. people who know their rights.

You’re the superintendent of an entire school district, so what more important thing do you have to do but wander into a park and make darn sure that moms serving a free “Jesus lunch” to kids - who show up for it voluntarily - cease and desist immediately? If you’re Don Johnson of the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School district, it’s your top priority. One thing you cannot have is 500 students getting free home-cooked lunches and hearing about Jesus.

Fortunately, most bullies on taxpayer-funded salaries can only succeed at their quest because citizens don’t know any better than to tell them where to go. In this case, Johnson came up against moms who were prepared: (video below)

I worry about you. If you keep holding everything inside, you’re gonna get an ulcer or something.

The body language of the “public servants” says that they are not there to cooperate but to dictate. Crossed arms says they are closed to anyone else’s opinions, hands in pockets says that they are not there in friendship and the slow shaking of the head back and forth says they are denying anything the say or do.

The best thing for these mothers to do is home school or get elected to the school board and hire new people at salary without contracts.

But hey it is perfectly fine for this school to have the children practice the ‘art’ of ‘how to’ use condoms at the age of 15.

I think it is a sign of the times when at a gas station they have signs on the pumps that one must be 15 or 16 to pump gas. However, a 12 yo is allowed (by law) to get an abortion without me knowing about it. (after the fact - best I DON’T know about it) and it is ‘illegal’ for us to check on what the kids are reading - Don’t matter that we are responsible for their actions....

Seems odd that with a note from parent we were ‘allowed’ to go to the local store and buy cigarettes and beer. (I think that got cut off at about 15).

I grew up in a state that had legal drinking at 18 so us ‘wise guys’ at 15-16 were about the same as 18yos in other states when it came to ‘scoring’ a beer or two..

Some of us have to say the impermissable. We will get whacked first, of course, but I have nothing to lose.

Beware the man who has nothing to lose.

I tend to side with the school administrators. If there was a group giving out free lunches and preaching Islam, you would have NO problem with it? Besides, aren’t the children under the liability of the school during these hours?

If these people got PARENTAL permission for their child to get a nice lunch while hearing all about Christianity — or other religions — then the school would have no case.

I'm glad the moms were prepared. IMHO, the best prep would be, heavy gloves and braining the bastard with a pipe (I mean that in the nicest possible way of course). Next step, removal of Don Johnson (not the washed up actor) from the public education system.

To me it seems like the young citizens are being denied their rights. The school gives them a one hour lunch break, and they are free to go off campus. They are starved for food, caring adults, and hearing about something that makes sense to them in this mixed up upside down world.

Yup. I really, really enjoyed watching this video.

Love it when people officious bureaucrats who aren't accustomed to hearing the word "No", hear it, and don't know what to do about it. This video made my entire day.

Particularly liked the end, where one of the suited weasels were "Disappointed by not having the chance to discuss the issue". In other words, they were wrong, they knew they didn't have a leg to stand on, so they tried to negotiate their way around the situation and failed miserably.

At least they didn't go full-liberal and start berating/insulting the ladies in question. Wonder if that would have happened, had the cameras not been rolling.

They can’t intimidate the adults, so the next step for the school administrators will be to find out which kids are participating, bring them down to the principal’s office, and threaten them.
