Awesome, Duncan is one of my favorite MOC (members of Congress). But I never knew he went by Jimmy. I met him a few times. Nice guy, gracious.

Cruz=Texan double-cross between LBJ & GHWB is more better.

I think we will start seeing more and more of them seeing the handwriting on the wall. Trump has to be very careful, particularly if he takes any of them into his campaign. None of them are really his friends, and none of them should actually be trusted to help him win. Many of them would probably just as soon work from within to make him lose, so that they can keep their place at the trough.

I understand your conern, but I imagine Trumpp has been played before by people a lot smarter and tougher than any politician cozying up to him.

Trump seems to be a good judge of character.

If it were up to the Go-Pee we would have a contested convention.

There are almost 300 Republican Congressmen and Senators. And only 12 have endorsed Trump? Especially when it’s obvious that he’s going to be the nominee?

Cruz became too hard-bitten and nasty to become liked. I wish he had turned that ire toward HIllary instead of Trump. But all Pubbies like to beat up on each other, it seems.

This is great news! Jimmy Duncan is a true “consistent conservative”..... He even voted against the Iraq war when no one else did.

There were six others.

http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/last-remaining-republican-lawmaker-to-vote-no-for-iraq-war-endorses-trump/article/2590019

Duncan, who has served in the House since 1988, is one of seven Republicans in both the House and Senate who voted against going to war in Iraq in 2002. The other six, five in the House and one in the Senate, have retired or lost re-election bids.

Duncan is also wrong about WMD's in Iraq. There were WMDs found in various burial places in Iraq, in fact the NYT even had a long front-page article about it. The Bush administration had proof all along but didn't press the issue because they didn't want to stir more controversy.

I didn’t see this posted.

Allen West says its STUPID to vote for anyone but Trump.

Allen West , Apr. 29

In closing, let’s be honest today. The question is, why are Ted Cruz and John Kasich still in this contest? And honestly, I think they’re struggling to convince themselves as to why they’re still there. Y’all may get your dander up about my saying so, but save your angst.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), once Donald Trump’s bitter rival for the presidential nomination, appears to be warming to the GOP front-runner.

“[Trump’s] performance has improved significantly,” Rubio said, according to The Palm Beach Post.

Sadly, Duncan’s sister is a TN State Senator who aligns herself with the RINOs of the state, i.e. Gov. Haslam, former Sen. Frist, and former Congressman Wamp. She’s also an at-large Rubio delegate. She’s certainly not cut from the same cloth as her brother, but she sure rode into office on the Duncan name.
