Here’s some speculation:
Bran has been”marked” by the Night’s King, and it was that mark that allowed the White Walkers to pass through the magical barrier in the Three-Eyed Raven’s cave. What if Bran’s mark also allows the White Walkers to pass through the magical barrier at the Wall?

It was cooler in the books. I don’t know why the hell they changed the Seastone Chair to the “Salt Throne”, who the hell wants to sit on a bunch of salt.
The most recent episode of “Game of Thrones” was particularly upsetting for fans of the show. Even now people are still talking about the shocking turn of events at the end of the show - and producers DB Weiss and David Benioff took the extraordinary step of apologizing to their fans.Watch it on YouTube.
Not bad, if I do say so myself. It's still an open question whether Book Coldhands = tv Benjen. I saw somewhere that GRRM had denied that Coldhands was Benjen. If so, my guess is that the show has simply written Coldhands out to simplify and shorten the story, while giving a bit of his business to Benjen. Which leads to the question of whether Benjen survives in the book, assuming GRRM ever finishes the next book.
Another good show tonight. Love the dragons.
