If I didn’t read threads like this or the occasional blog rehash of GoT episodes, I wouldn’t have a clue as to what is going on in this confusing series where closed captions are necessary to even understand what is being said.

Two observations plucked from your list:
1)Yara Greyjoy says she needs the old Theon back. Why? The old Theon screwed up 100% of everything he ever did. He was a useless git and is just the same as Reek.
2) I would think that Arya might have tried harder to be discreet and avoid revenge by the Faceless Men,at least until she left Braavos.

Or it wasnt Arya at all. My feeling is that Jaqen had another person put on a face to test the Waif. She has failed as much or more as Arya at not being someone. She was told to not make her suffer and make it quick, he knew she wouldnt.
