What could Hillary say to the FBI that she hasn't admitted already?

The FBI is set to question Hillary. Regardless of Clinton Foundation, RICO, Pay To Play, etcc.. Hillary has already admitted to 1. Having a private Server 2. Destroying emails she claimed were personnal. 3. Failing to return all emails/documents to State Department upon her moving.

What could she possibly say to exonerate herself on those charges? Nothing. Why has this taken so long? My take is her illness is starting to hasten this weekend. Maybe she won't even make it to the interview. Huma threw her under the bus with the limited info she recently provided. Bill threw her under the bus with the public meeting with Lynch. Hillary is out of time. She is out of lies. She is starting to feel the polls rise against her. Real Americans are pi$$ed. Any thoughts

Interesting. We know that Hillary was the center of a conspiracy to isolate and hide her own communications. We also know that she jeopardized sources and methods of intelligence - which means lives - because her secret, unauthorized, and illegal e-mail system leaked like a sieve.

We also know that Hillary deleted 33,000 e-mails, many which could have been important to any investigation. That constitutes nice, provable Obstruction of Justice if, in fact, our beloved Bureau found the e-mails and have them in hand.

Then, at last we encounter the interconnection of Hillary’s play for pay State Department that allegedly traded favors for massive “donations” to he Clinton Foundation. Which all of us with an IQ taller than tap water know was actually a money-laundering cash fountain for Hillary and her deranged “husband”.

Remember Madame Secretary, that you have the right to be silent. It won’t do you any good, but it’s guaranteed by the Constitution.

First, FBI - will do nothing to her. FBI is 100% corrupt as is the rest of the government. Anyone still believing the FBI has integrity is not paying attention. Anyone recall Ruby Ridge? Or how about any one of a dozen other actions that show an organization that is simply part of the enforcement arm of the Rat Party.

So, this is just kabuki talking to her. Which means she could tell them nothing, everything, tell 100 stories that would perjury you or I and it will mean nothing. She might as well just recite nursery rhymes.

F**k off dudes, I’m the wife of a former President of the United States, a former Secretary of State, a former worker for Communist Party lawyers defending Black Panther torturers and murderers, a friend of a Cuban DGI asset, and I was fired from the Watergate Committee for unethical behavior.

I’m untouchable (at least that’s what Bill says).

can she “serve” as President from her prison cell?

sounds absurd but...
Matthew Lyon won re-election to Congress while sitting in his jail cell, having been convicted of violating the Sedition Act...
and he went on win election to three further Congresses
and more

Hillary might keep running for office while sitting in her cell in Guantanamo???????????????

Hillary to FBI agents: “Don’t touch my juke”.

FBI agent to other agents. “We’re gonna need more gloves”.

Spelling error: Let’s try again:

Hillary to FBI agents: “Don’t touch my junk!”

FBI agent to other agents. “We’re gonna need more gloves!”

Bad keyboard! Bad keyboard!

She {blessings be on her} is going to tell them how the horse ate the cabbage and if they want to keep their little pissant jobs and pitiful pensions they had better get back in line quick.

I thought that also and it could be part of the visit, but I think it goes deeper. Greed and power are the two things the Clintons crave. Obama could have put a stop to this a long time ago, but he hasn’t. He’s letting them twist in the wind so to speak. So who benefits from this meeting?

I suggest the Clintons and Obamas don’t particularly like each other. Obama is an ideologue, he is lawless and a grifter, but he isn’t all that crooked. He has a vision of what the Democrat party should look like and it doesn’t necessarily include criminals, which the Clintons most certainly are.

I believe BJC found out the LL was going to be in Phoenix. He arranged the meet. Probably told some kind of juicy lie to get her on the tarmac. LL probably isn’t lying about what he said, but she now knows she was played.

The FBI announced they were expanding thier probe to include the Clinton Foundation. I’m sure this has hurt donations in a huge way. Probably, dried up to a trickle. This hits the Clintons pretty hard in the pocket book. So BJC arranges a meeting with the AG and leaks it to the press.

It didn’t matter what was said, but what it does do, is it gives the appearance that the fix is in.

This whole escapade was to let the donors know they have nothing to worry about.

Here's the problem. There are no "laws" explicit to her use of the private server. So it may have been improper or in conflict with the norm....but not a "crime".

It's a crime to mishandle classified information. Her non-reg use of a private server resulted in exposure of classified information. The way the law is written, simple negligence is enough for a conviction.

Moreover, the FBI probe has reportedly broadened to include the Clinton Foundation ... good old public corruption. During her time as Secretary of State, Hillary allegedly received $57m in "gifts" to the Foundation.

Good link.

In addition to mishandling classified information, the other two laws are the Federal Records Act and FOIA. It's abundantly clear that the purpose of the private server was expressly to circumvent FRA and FOIA.
