From the article:

“When you have a compelling enough product, then you don’t need to advertise. You will be talked about and the customers will want to know more about you.”

I’ll never forget the day my daughter, about seven years old, was watching TV and turned to me during a commercial and said, “You know, Mom, if they’re showing it on TV, it’s not very good.”

I was so proud of her at that moment. Very insightful, especially for one so young.

I may be wrong but this young man has a speech impediment that might indicate he has a hearing problem. This might explain his studied manner.

How would like to have dinner and a little wine with Daniel, Mark Steyn, and Victor Davis Hanson? Enjoy the brilliance, sit back, shut up and listen.

I note that Greenfield did not answer a question unless he was asked a question. Tucker is used to throwing a factoid out there and letting his guest opine, but that is not Greenfield’s style. I find it refreshing.

Greenfield is brilliant.

The answers on this post dwell on what he is wearing and how he forms his words. Really? That is the level of intellectualism on this site?

That could be. True genius is often accompanied by some other syndromes and pathologies. And DG is a true genius.

Those are the only other two that come to mind in DG’s league.

For someone who has read Greenfield’s pieces, his performance was a little surprising, but it was not as awful as some here had led me to believe.

Probably, though, he would have been a little less stiff if he was face to face with Carlson. I am pretty sure that with the remote that he was doing, all he has to look at is a light on a little box. He can’t even see a still picture of the person at the other end.

I know nothing about television production, but I think I am right about that description.

Only as far as this: most folks don’t read, that is a sad fact of modern life. For DG to extend his reach to the 100X larger TV audience, a bit of coaching would help.

I think English might be his second, third,or fourth language. He is very often on YouTube and I’ve watched him many times. I think it is probable that he was uncomfortable with both national television and Carlson. With people that are comfortable with him,i.e., know he responds to questions and defers to you until you ask one, he is a joy to watch. The man is brilliant and very engaging. Trump should spend 15 minutes every day with this man and should hire him as his speechwriter.

DG’s genius is best manifested in the realm of the written word. TV is not “his thing.”

But just a little minor TV coaching would help him to expand his audience 100X.

Gotta agree. There are minds that need to cross fertilize in public forums.

I also like Milo for his wit, his irascibility, his stunning intellectual clarity, but not so much his blatant vulgarity.
I believe we will see more and more of these efforts to draw out and clarify an American viewpoint. Liberalism has lost the ground game. the advent of intellectually clarified culture is upon us.
We are resurrecting the profound discussions that occurred at the time of the development of the American Constitution. This is how we get our country back.
We are founded upon some of the most important thinking about the nature of society and government in human history. It is time we got back to that conversation.
Leftists and 19 century Darwinian cultists have shamed us long enough. It is time their emotion laden fantasies were put down, hard.
Believing in freedom does not make me a racist.
God is not a fairy tale.
Castro is the villain a true hero destroys.
The Clintons are among the most corrupt politician in American history.
These are cornerstone set pillars of absolute truth in my belief system.
Moving on from there....
