Those that choose harm are no longer wiccans, they are Satanists possessed by demons, the mortal enemy of witchery.
The people who try to cast this spell will be bringing ‘disaster’ to themselves. The use of a ugly picture and ‘having a laugh’ demonstrates malice, which will sour the spell like vinegar sours milk. Inversion of the tower card will actually protect Trump, while inviting demons into the spell caster’s life.
