Social justice advocates, licensed social workers, an organizations are sharing a “racism scale” claiming that unless white people are willing to risk their safety and freedom for minorities, they're apparently racists.
The “racism scale” Weebly page, created by social justice activist and Represent Maryland PAC chapter leader Cristi Demnowicz, allegedly helps people “identify” their own biases and “help[s] others explore theirs.”
The scale, which has five different iterations, asks readers where they “fall” on a scale of racism. In the most recent version, people can fall anywhere on a scale from “terrorism,” “overt racism,” “subconscious racism,” “indifference,” and “allyship” and “abolitionist”:
“Overt racism” is apparently believing that “whites are under attack/will be minorities soon.”
“Subconscious racism” includes using words like “thugs.”
“Denial,” another form of racism, involves saying “I don’t see color” or “Racism no longer exists.” Even believing that “there is only 1 race, the human race” is suspect.
In each version of the chart, more forms of racism are added and adapted. Even in the simplest version, however, a form of “allyship” — later called being an “abolitionist” — is when people are willing to “put [their] safety, health & freedom on the line to fight for POC. I will let them lead and not try to be at the center.”
On the website, Demnowicz writes that her charts may be used by “educators, activists and social justice advocates” as long as they’re only used “in a positive and constructive manner.” When posted by Demnowicz's sister, it has since gone viral:
In a Medium piece, April Harter, a licensed clinical social worker at Harter Healing, LLC, used the racism scale to explain how to help people work through their “mental illness” of racism.
According to Harter, “Racism is complex in scope because it is both a mental illness and a value. In other words, it is a valued, sheltered, and protected mental illness. One might even say it has been incubated and allowed to fester throughout the course of American history.”
She continued, “Mental illnesses are health conditions involving changes in thinking, emotion or behavior (or a combination of these). Racism meets those criteria.”
She encourages people to read the racism scale to determine where they fall before determining if they should meet with a psychotherapist to discuss how to get over their “disease” of racism.
The scale was also adapted in a video by the Abused Deaf Women’s Advocacy Services

You’re a racist if you think your race is better than another race. Thats it. Well some people do think their race is better, and they come from all three races. Some people believe there are four races. (Negroid, Caucasian, Hun, and Polynesian)
I think that thinking your race is better is no more than thinking the Yankees are better than the Red Sox. But when you think that the other races don’t have the right to exist. Or they should be subject to the other races, then I disagree with you. And I think that you are a raciest of a kind that is dangerous.
Others think that certain races blame Caucasians for all their ills. Others think they are owed stuff for their plight. And of course Caucasians will have a problem with that. Many Caucasians believe that most races thrive under the same conditions as those that do not thrive. So its the people not thriving that have the bad trait, not those who thrive. And that is where some of the trouble begins.
It is also true that some people from all races believe that black people do not live up to society’s norms. This is true of other races. But its most true of Africans. Its most true that many people of all races do not believe that most black people live up to societies norms. And its also true that most black people do not live up to society’s norms. Which causes some people of all races to stereotype black people and to assume that they will not live up to the norms of society.
Its also true that black people feel that slavery is the cause of their condition. They are not realizing that every race both had slaves and were enslaved. Virtually every society lived through a period where slavery was the norm and was excepted. And still further. Slavery had its advantages over free men. Slaves where fed and sheltered in good times and bad. While free working men were left to fend for themselves in bad times. They had to provide for themselves, food and shelter. And at the bottom of the economic ladder, it was often tough.
IF nobody reacted to any of these SJW racial “causes”, there’d be nothing for the media to report relative to SJW’s.
The SJW’s wouldn’t get their 15 seconds of fame, and the World would be a better place.

Hesitant about accidents and kids crashing a bike, too many lawyers eager to sue you. Do not want to go through an expensive trial to be cleared of being called a child molester for picking up a bleeding young girl.
It is called situational awareness. Many have figured out from the death and misfortune of other whites that being "kind" to negros is an excellent way to get beaten, raped, and killed.
