More news is coming out this morning on Stephen Paddocks, and it is not as cut and dried as I thought. This is a very complex case, and it seems everyone is reporting different aspects of the worst mass shooting in the history of the United States.
Paddocks did not act alone. FBI reports there are many significant leads around the world with many flights taken by more than one person all over the world. Possibly, and this is just my opinion, many of Paddocks gambling trips could have been a cover for arms deals and terrorist connections. Was he gunrunner who sold guns to jihadists? The attack could have been worse. He broke out a window facing the tanks and fired from there as well as from the first window which was in direct line to the festival.

Not sure. Did 200 shots get fired at guard ? Or did they get fired at officers after guard was shot ? That is the uncertainty in story. It is possible that Islamic Paddock was playing Antifa guard. Paddock was going down as jihad suicide. Shot guard as he began to make their escape.
What was his escape plan?
His guns. Room in his name. How does he escape from that ?
I wondered if he had originally planned to place the Tannerite on or around the tanks to either kill more victims or create a diversion to facilitate an escape - don’t know if that would work but from the limited videos I’ve seen it seems plausible.
If the two got of Hotel, a sneak across border to Mexico was only long term out. Where was his old planes located. Might be able to take of from Vegas under cover of tank explosions.
He sold the planes and his license was out of date as of 2013.
But maybe he had one rented and that was his escape plan.

We are shown a body and asked to believe he is the shooter.
I wait for the medical examiner to report time of death, drugs in system, gun shot residue on body and clothes, etc.

There is a video with various cop cameras that was released by LVPD. The first clip has the cops already in a defensive posture behind a wall, weapons drawn. So Some shooting had already occured before the cameras were rolling.
Then there are four individual shots.
Then a pause, and then a long volley of shots.
Based on the tanks getting hit, I imagine those four individual shots were for the tanks. Not sure why he didn’t park his car filled with Tannerite next to one of the tanks. There is an open dirt parking area, and a chain-link fence 10 feet from the tank. I would think a car bomb at that distance would have ruptured the tank.
The described accountant was compted a round of Skeet by the casino.
I do not think 4 hours of skeet shooting qualifies this guy as comfortable around guns. Maybe he is a natural???
Has this guy ever hunted small game or used a slingshot on pests? Yet, we are to believe he made the jump to to killing humans??

If those tanks would have blown, the noise and anarchy would have given him an unbelievable amount of time to fire into the crowd rushing back toward him.
I heard tell he had intended to escape. That alone makes me think he was certifiably nuts!

Yes, he was shooting into the escaping crowd at the back that was up against the chain link fence.The tank was directly behind that. (Overshots 400-500 yards.)
