Expecting nothing, here. Sock drawer rush hour.

Watch us fall over if these two guys even show up, or if they do show up, without taking the Fifth. That would be a stunning event.

Jim Jordan would have made one hell of an Attorney General. The contrast between him and the cowardly Sessions could not be more stark.

The subpoena does at least succeed in setting these two guys up for charges if they fail to appear, altogether.

However, remember when the Committee referred Brian Pagliano for prosecution to the Justice Department, because of his failure to appear in defiance of a subpoena? The Justice Department never pressed charges and Pagliano was never prosecuted at all.

What is wrong with out Justice Department, under TRUMP, that hapless Sessions couldn’t fix, were he not comatose? This guy is a catastrophe and needs to resign, again.

Don’t forget AG Holder was found in contempt of Congress for failing to provide key information pertaining to Fast and Furious. He was the first sitting Cabinet member to be held in contempt in US history.

Did he lose his job or go to jail? Ha!!

It’s NOT Trump to put up with this from Sessions. There has to be more going on.

Why in the world would Sessions want to da anything as profoundly stupid as to prosecute Brian Pagliano at this point in time?

That would be insane and Sessions is not that incompetent.

They need these clowns in closed session, NOT in a showboat public session.

They need McCabe in NOW, before he’s fired.
(which would allow him to use faulty memory and lack of access to records, to respond)

In *what* way(s)??

Aside from bloviating\pulling a Gowdy (and showing his hand [you DO. Don’t tilt your hand BEFORE]...guess he wanted more time for ‘em to make sure they shredded everything he might have asked for), what has he DONE??

Same was said re: Gowdy/Jason/Issa/etc....nobody arrested, nobody in jail, nobody even lost their pension/perks!

Hell, same was said re: Sessions becoming AG. “He’s a FINE prosecutor”, “Southernly gentleman”, “A TRUE (C)!”.

I’m pessimistic and wondering is this to get McCabe in a position where they can exonerate him. Whatever motivation would they have if indeed, as I believe, the Deep State is much deeper and darker than can be imagined.

That’s just my thinking, I’m not sure anyone would agree with my perception but I have not seen anything good coming from any congressional investigation in the last nine years.

Maybe the Republicans will also send them a strongly worded letter.

Fecklessness in action.

You can bet these rogues have been spending the last few weeks getting their stories straight. Don’t ever expect them to come in and tell the truth.
