What I’d like to see is when a banning effort starts to occur....the speakers go to a plan B, where a four-camera deal is set up in hotel 40 miles away, and broadcast to the campus via the internet. Any student can view via their laptop or tab, and the ‘conversation’ goes on.

I think I found the problem.
They haven't figured out that not all "diverse" cultures are equal.

Some are culturally lethal!

sorry. I empathize. I downloaded it already but I only skimmed it so far today.
The gist:
He was invited to speak at Linfield,(Oregon) the administration got all upset and banned him.
—the first 14 or so minutes, is his explanation of what happened.

They secured an alternative venue and he gave his presentation.

Great idea.
-I wouldn’t be surprised if he eventually does something like that.
For his private appearances, Peterson does fund (via Patreon) a 3 camera shot with good sound and professional edit & post.
For the College/University venues, he’s sorta at the mercy of the administration on hand.

"What’s the gist of it?"

Several weeks ago, a conservative student group asked Peterson to speak at Linfield on the general topic of free speech. After some back-and-forth, a date and on-campus venue were agreed upon, Peterson's appearance was announced publicly, and Peterson arranged airplane and hotel accommodations.

Meanwhile, since Peterson is known for - among other things - opposing the mandatory use of newly-invented pronouns for the various categories of LGBTQ people, student LGBTQ groups began to lobby the school administration for Peterson's appearance to be cancelled. It WAS cancelled on the grounds that Peterson's views were incompatible with the university's mission because they constituted a threat to the LGBTQ community's need for the university to be a "safe space" for them.

In response to the cancellation, Peterson offered to waive his speaker's fee so that it could be used to rent an off-campus venue, and I think that is what eventually happened.

What a great idea!.
But why limit it to broadcasting to the "campus?"

I would love also the opportunity to hear.
If there is an intense, militant Amendment 2 Army I would like to join and support it.

The loser AntiAmericans better find a place to hide!
