President Trump tweeted yesterday that the news coverage by the “usual suspects” (read WaPo, CNN, ABC, CBS, NYT etc.) of the Singapore summit with North Korea’s dictator Kim Jong-un has been so negative, so dishonest and so distorted, that he said: enough is enough. He further tweeted that the biggest enemy America is now facing is the fake news media. Pretty shocking words coming from the leader of the free world, don’t you think?
The liberal left and the “destroy Trump” media are now going berserk. According to them, this makes for an unprecedented assault on freedom of the press, and more “proof” that Trump is a wannabe dictator and Literally Hitler, you know that progressive palaver already. However, the truth is somewhere in the middle, as usual. Objectively speaking, America faces five fundamental enemies (in no particular order):

Ground zero for the Fake media is the New York Times (Print) and CNN (Broadcast).

I”ve been traveling all over Europe for the past month. The fake news here is even worse than the USA.
Between BBC and France 24, the only English speaking news in many countries, it is worse than watching CNN and MSNBC. The bias is blatant.
It’s 100% anti Trump all the time.

Country by country it is quite different. I am alone and with the locals, not with a group.
In Italy it depended upon the environment or city area. Quite different. Just spent a week in Krakow Poland, the people here are beautiful souls. I observe people on the trams and in public. Old country values.
I went to the Catholic Church early Monday Morning and there was a service with the church half full. Yes, Monday, not Sunday. I was at a main Sunday service in the huge Coventry Cathedral in UK and they didn’t have a dozen people attend.
Tomorrow I go to Finland. Great people there too. I am steering clear of Germany and France on this trip. Started in Istanbul.... no comment. Headed Estonia, Budapest and Prague... Old Country values expected. The former Communist countries have not lost God or religion.
Gotta disagree with the MAGA Master here. The fake news media are just tools. The ones wielding those tools are the true enemy - the deep state denisens of the transnational Penthouse Archipelago.
They also bury reports negative on their “friends.”
