I am pretty sure it’s a yes. I don’t mind her piling on. Maybe it will convince a couple of D’s but I won’t hold my breath.

I think he will be another Roberts, conservative on more cases than not, but vote with the libs on the big ones. Barrett was always a better choice. But at this point it is what it is and he does need to be confirmed to put down mob rule.
The next pick will be far more to the right. This battle is about making sure false accusations don’t work.

I liked Kavanaugh the least of the people who were on the short list for this spot on the SC. A point in his favor is that he may be pretty strong on the 2nd Amendment. And at the very least, he’ll be light-years better than a Hillary pick would have been.
She’s making a good argument for conservatives to vote no.
