Just like QuidProJoe keeps saying “no one says that” when UKR scandal is brought up to him...
(so many fake news institutions, so little time...)
Wikipedia is apparently dying on the vine.
I received a lot of emails from their top liar begging and then basically demanding money.
$crew them, no donations from us.
Wiki is begging for donations. I would rather send it a stern message.
If you want some info on math/physics/other STEM info, Wiki probably will not lead you wrong.
As for the rest - believe at your peril.
Wait! I thought they had controls in place to detect fake news. /s
Every subject on Wikipedia is seen through the prism of leftist connected views or politics. It is almost impossible to predict how this will distort the accuracy of information that you get from there. Even subjects that would seem to have no connection to lefty causes can still be distorted. Something like the history of the country, pollution, or energy is obviously going to be distorted. But even something on earthworms or microprocessors is likely to be distorted in some way. Thinking you are going to get accuracy on anything directly connected to current political battles is laughable.
It is funny that their web site is permanently begging for money when they have an obvious political bias. Let the lefty activists who they love so much pay for it.
There is this which sane people might want to start using
I haven’t been paying attention to see what policies they have to keep the leftards from trying to disrupt/destroy it (free editing would need to be controlled as disrupting such mechanisms is so easy and the Left does NOT like Truth about Everything to actually be heard).
I donated $5 to them once. Screw them, don’t click on their links in the top 10 search results on any topic, instead scroll down 1/2 a page or so in the search results and find another source.
Was looking at something on Wikipedia today. They are shamelessly begging for money, above and below the article you are looking at. Thought to myself, if they remove the leftist bias from their political information I might be willing to give them some dough.
