Following the announcement of a federal indictment Thursday, former President Donald J. Trump released a video stating his innocence to the charges.

The indictment, filed in Federal District Court in Miami, is the first time in American history a former president has faced federal charges

The scheme here is to use state legislatures to bar Trump from ballot access in those states if he's been convicted of a crime. The threat of state funding from the feds should gain Cooperation in the scheme.

Kinda like the Barisma scheme to remove the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating the Bidens. Threaten them by cutting off their funding.

The reaction of “everyone” to Trump is very like the reaction the governments of another day had to Napoleon.

Bonaparte was so outside of the normal order of things that the Deep State of his day literally had no idea what to do about him.

All they knew was, they could not exist in the same world as he did, and they set about trying to destroy him, using all the tools at their disposal.

Now history repeats itself, the first time as tragedy, the second time as farce. If Trump had Bonaparte’s gifts, we wouldn’t be in this mess.

Of course this is all a sham, especially against the backdrop of VP Biden socking away classified docs in his garage with no article 2 authority to declassify anything. The in your face hypocrisy is the point. They hold all the power.

What I need to know from Trump supporters is what is the plan: the judicial system is so corrupt that they can and probably will take him off the campaign trail next year. My guess is that they will hold back until after the RNC when he is locked in on the ballot. Do you think he’ll still win from jail? I’m being serious. I suppose it’s possible that the communist plan will backfire and Trump will be seen as a sympathetic figure getting railroaded, but it may such a circus that voters will just vote to make it all go away just as they did with the BLM riots of 2020.

This is nothing.
Trump is innocent until proven guilty. And the good news is : there is zero proof.
However there seem to be a lot of potential proof against the Bidens.
The dangerous game here is that if the Bidens push the anti-Trump-hysteria too far it will boomerang back on them.
Also, there would be a revolution in America in case the most poplar candidate in the polls gets ripped out of the presidential campaign. Simply impossible to even imagine.

President Trump had authority to classify and declassify.

President Trump had authority to take with him - when he left office on January 20, 2021 - practically any document (or copy) of his administration EXCEPT for nuclear secrets.

President Trump took documents that he declassified, BUT Trump failed to mark several documents as DECLASSIFIED.

The leftists are using that bureaucratic failure by Trump, to:

- get their hands on documents that would convict the left

- smear Trump

- use the opportunity to push for judges to have authority, in effect, to determine what should be classified and declassified material . . . overriding the authority of the Chief Executive.
