When you say “preserve and produce” to today’s government agencies, they hear “destroy and deny.”

Who has been providing work product to Smith on the Down Low?
How many government phones were wiped and reset from the Mueller investigation?
Doesn’t that meet their definition of “obstruction”?
FWIW - the Dan Bongino shows yesterday and today are very much worth a view or listen (at least the first parts - I usually only catch the first few minutes).
He plays the tapes and shows the emails and guess who was “handling” the tapes of Biden and the Ukrainians discussing shutting down the FBI investigation of the Burisma guy?
None other than Andrew Weissman..... the hatchet man for Bob Mueller who DELETED their phones AND who is now paid to get on television and accuse Trump of obstruction.
Nothing to see..... those audiotapes are pretty blatant and Dan plays them all and shows documents.

Hmm, can they use the “we can’t comment on pending investigations” excuse once they have made an indictment? The investigation is now over, right?
Thought I suppose they will claim they are still investigating unindicted parties.

Didn’t the FBI “lose” about 3 months of text messages, agency-wide, just to try and protect Strzok and Page?
The only thing Gaetz will get is a photograph of papers burning in a waste basket with a smiling Garland giving the camera the middle finger.
After all what can Congress do? Ask the Just-Us department to arrest Garland?
We can all hope that some email from the White House telling Smith to destroy Trump exists and will see the light of day.
It doesn't, these TDS radicals are well known, they turn them loose with a wink and a nod and that's all they need to do.
