January 6 political prisoner Ryan Samsel has been held in prison without trial now since January 2021.
During his two-and-a-half years without trial Ryan has been moved around to 17 different facilities. Ryan has been beaten, abused, tortured, and neglected since his arrest in January 2021.
Earlier this week The Gateway Pundit received exclusive photos from Ryan Samsel’s prison cell at the FDC in Philadelphia. The cell was a size of a closet with a light on all of the time. The cell had a thin blue mattress, no sheets or blankets, no clothing, and he was kept here for five months straight.
The photos are just shocking. This is taking place in America today. This is who we are.

We are now the Soviet Union, complete with gulags. There are no fair and free elections and cruel punishment is now the order of the day.
I hate to break it to you, but this is how people who are either denied bail or who can’t make bail are treated in crowded jails across the country.
There are literally thousands of prisoners held for this long before trials.
This type of treatment ( usually reserved for black prisoners) is the reason urban courts changed bail rules.
I am not suggesting it’s right. I AM suggesting that most Americans don’t have a clue about how bad our pre trial confinement system is.
Oh sure. And very, very few of us are qualified to position ourselves and deal with the forces involved, so we hire seemingly qualified representatives who swear an oath to act in our best interests.
In the most basic of terms:
We are paying them and they are on the job doing everything competent representatives would do, right?
If not, can we sue them for breach of contract or professional negligence?
Can we replace them on the spot or do we have to wait sometimes up to 6 years to be rid of them?
If none of that works, is there anything else we can do?

I have not been able to determine if the requirements below are legally binding on the US. US law might have similar requirements.
