VIDEO: Reactions to Judge McAfee's Disjointed Willis & Wade Ruling

VIDEO

A lot of people were upset when they first found out about Judge Scott McAfee's attempt to split the difference by ruling that Fani Willis could stay on the Fulton Country case against Trump as long as Nathan Wade was dumped as prosecutor. That was my own first reaction. However, digging into this a bit more it now appears that although McAfee chickened out, he appears to have done the Trump defense team a favor as judged by the panicked reaction by extreme Trump hater Andrew Weissmann who is now begging for Willis to LEAVE the case. His reaction is fortified by the reactions of others who see that McAfee actually delivered a yuuuuuge favor for Team Trump. Remember, the investigations of Fani Willis are from from over and she still needs to explain her meetings at the White House and contacts with Jack Smith.

So it appears that allowing Fani Willis to remain on the case (IF she dumps Nathan Wade as prosecutor) appears to be a Pyrrhic victory. In the long run, and especially since the judge acknowledged her as a dirtbag, this case will be tossed. The panicked Weissmann reaction verifies that.

I hope you’re right; all I know is that people like Willis can’t stay out of trouble and one way or another, she’ll go down.

It's really an interesting ruling. Wade has to take his mattress and leave....and no more big fat paycheck which does not come with a big fat pension.

I hope his wife takes him BACK to court and take everything he has.

In the meantime...the bar should take both their licenses...or does it require a conviction??

So who is going to press charges against these two.

It that woman had any sense, she would take the judge's ruling as an opportunity to remove herself and her team from this disastrous case.

She could get rid of a lot of her problems by doing this, and she could still scream bloody racist murder. Doing so in Georgia would set her up for life as the strong black woman who was lynched by a white judge. She could use this as a springboard to run for governor, or be appointed by the White House to a high-paying federal job - maybe one that comes with a two-engine airplane.

However, I don't think that woman is developmental enough to know when to make lemonade.

The new prosecutor will have big shoes to step into. Will he/she/it be required to diddle Fani?

He still cash fraud, multiple perjury counts, financial disclosure fraud, failure to report relationship, and misconduct.

The judge is a coward and a disgrace to the legal system. he completely destroyed the tiny belief that was left in the justice system in the United States. He did no one any favors.

That made my day. I’m gonna have to remember that way of putting it.

It seems McAfee’s ruling opens the door for the Trump team to appeal McAfee.

And if that happens, it seems that will delay any trial.

The panicked reaction by extreme Trump hater Andrew Weissmann and the reactions
of others seem to reinforce that McAfee actually delivered a yuuuuuge favor for Trump.

Remember, the federal and state investigations of Fani Willis are from from over:
<><>she still needs to explain her tax-paid meetings at the White House
<><>her contacts with Jack Smith,
<><>her contacts w/ the J6 committee Trump haters,
<><>and why she fired a whistleblower WRT her own mishandling of federal funds.

The good news about Fani is that you just know she’ll double down on stupid. 😏

Yes, this is a big win for team Trump. If Fanny stays on the case, she’ll have to answer a lot of things, including not only her conduct her lies, but also her meetings with the Biden administration, Kamala Harris, DOJ etc. If she removes herself from the case, then the incompetent, Nathan Wade is on board.

She lied under oath, she has to be disbarred.

Double standards are the lifeblood of the corrupt Democrat Party.

She leaked grand jury testimony to Michael Isakoff for his book.

Allowing an illegally recorded conversation that forms one of the pillars of this case into evidence. (I do not think a GA County DA can immunize someones testimony over a violation of FL state law. )

Poisoning the Jury Pool with her Church speech.

Liz....Your points and these should be enough to get her disbarred I suspect. Also remember that there was evidence (this was it I think) that was brought in after the Judge closed the hearings that he decided not to hear since he had a deadline. GA Legislature can still consider that evidence if someone provides it to them. He more or less left her swinging in the wind if she decides that all she is going to do is Kick her boyfriend to the curb. She will have a whole slew of issues that she will have to deal with other than her thuggish piece of vexatious litigation.
