We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
In direct response to the MoveOnPlease.org commentary (which is here and should be read for contrast, but note, it is "R" rated!), the following is offered:
THANK YOU AMERICA!!
With the crushing defeat of Kerry in the election of November 2, you are no doubt asking yourself, as we here at ATRW have for the last couple of days, who is responsible? Where can the praise be landed? We think the answer is self-evident: the praise lies with you, the ATRW reader and the American voter. We're not gloating. We're not estatic (much). We're just stating the facts.
You wonderful-beyond-words intelligent folks!
Praise you. We appreciate the wins in Mississipi and Tennessee (even though Algore still claims the latter as his home). You are fine American folks with wonderful values that the people in places like New York and California can learn to emulate. You think that Bush'll protect you against Osama bin Laden, and you are right. Bless you.
Florida! You have earned redemption. DemocRATS have worked their butts off lying to you and trying to intimidate you into voting for them. And how did you repay them? You voted Repbulican! Thank you!
And Vermont, and Delaware? Well, you're only three electoral votes, so heck, who cares if you really can't see the way and remain a lost cause.
From the bottom of our hearts, America: BLESS YOU! Bless every last one of you folks! You SAVED the country! We worked our fingers to the bone for you guys...you're wonderful...so happy...
THANK YOU!
The gang here at ATRW!
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
LET'S ROLL!!!
Yes, the weekend is here!!
Link isn't working on my end toots.
Hi!
Also, we are going to have another refrigerator delivery attempt!
In case you haven't seen it, Arafat is dead again.
I like your version better. I'm leaving now to get ready to go to Tennessee today and N AL tomorrow. I'll be back after church tomorrow night. Y'all play nice now, y'here?
Here you are !! (I was on wrong thread too Toby)
I love sunrise ... I am an early person usually in dark & often photograph the sunrise.. over water is the best but here where I live are forests. The softer tone of the winter sun makes for great pix.
Even though it is cool we have NOT had a frost yet.. on borrowed time . I really need to get in my tropicals soon
have a good trip Jem. is this following football or speaking?
They are screaming about the fact that an electronic voting system made an error. It gave Bush extra votes.
And they spend the six lead paragraphs whining over that.
How many extra votes?
3,893.
[Keep in mind that Bush won by more than 136,000 votes in Ohio.]
These people are beyond pathetic.
Good morning. Life is good. I can't get over how relaxed it feels to have the election behind us and President Bush re-elected for 4 more years.
The stress has left the building.
AMERICA TELLS THE EUROPEAN UNION--NO WE DO NOT!
Point of fact: In the 20th century, how many problems in the world did the EU solve?
By contrast, how many problems in the world did the EU create?
Such as: The Balkan Wars (I and II); The First World War; The Second World War; The Cold War; The Wars of Yugoslavian Secession.
Yep, they are needed to solve the world's problems.
He should have booked his flight to Hell through Travelocity.com. Instead, he decided to be cheap about it, so now he's stuck on standby in Purgatory.

Hi everyone....Tree came down, but the crew has to come back Mon. to wrap up. The back yard is a mess...
We had a nice church dinner last night.
"L" the woman who's a troubled, very troubled K supporter was there. She avoided me, and I didn't push it, but I hope we can pick up again in a happier time.
was that Move.on link you referenced in yesterday's thread a spoof?
Altho CNN and AP have finally declared Bush the winner in Iowa. Our Secretary of State Chet Culver, who wants to be the next Governor of Iowa, is still holding out declaring a winner.
Chet says he wants to make sure every legal ballot is counted before he calls it. He's appealing to the No Party voters as being a FAIR man.

I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have this over and to finally have Iowa in the RED column.
An interesting tidbit. The people of Iowa take great pride in splitting their tickets. As a result, the Iowa Senate lost 4 seats in the election and there is no longer a majority there. It's 25-25. There are ongoing discussions as to exactly HOW they R's & D's will share the power. How they will share office space will be the biggest bugabo. To make matters worse, one of the seated Senators is deployed in Iraq, so the R's are one vote short. However it takes 26 votes to pass a bill, so the D's cannot run over them.
Equally interesting is the loss of Republican seats in the Iowa House. The Republicans were able to hold onto the majority, but just barely. They hold a 51-49, with 51 votes required for final passage of bills.
The Governor is a D. Given the mentality of the Senate they are expected to lock arms across the isle, in order to claim the Senate is running the state. It appears it will be the House Republicans against them all.
It will make for an interesting 2 years, with very little accomplished. Which may not be ALL bad.
Today, I celebrate 23 years of marriage with my best friend. So far, nothing special is planned. That's okay.
