seen this one about 1,000,000,000,000,000 different times, but no I DON'T think he is on the juice.
He was on steroids at one point as part of his treatment, but EPO, the substance the French consistently point at, has never been found except one time that a certain French newspaper doctored his samples 7 years after the fact.
