There are links for the video and the audio interview of the Store Manager. I looked closely and can't really see the "Victorian woman" they are referring to.

The vido is messed up; pixels go haywire about 12-15 seconds into the clip....and I couldn't make out any movement
Conclusion: there's NO SUCH THING as ghosts haunting places.
