I've heard that. With the right song (whether ballad, slam rocker, or blues) Jagger is one of the best.

"Where's 'Fly to the Angels' by Slaughter?"

Just thought of that one! Good call.

I'll also take "Never Let You Go" by Steelheart and "High Enough" by Damn Yankees over that Nickelback crap any day.

Ted Nugent
Sammy Hagar
Alice Cooper
Dimebag Darrell (RIP)
Gene Simmons says he's a lib, but he voted for Bush

2. I Don't Want To Miss a Thing-- Aerosmith

What's with this one?? If you need Aerosmith, "Angel" and "What it Takes" were both way better.

see some kids with those same t-shirts on today bought from a store and I am thinking

"Kid I got that shirt AND was really there"

Tell me about it! I'll see some kid wearing an "Iron Maiden" tour shirt that he bought from Hot Topic and I just want to walk up to him and say, "Can you even name one Iron Maiden song?" I'd bet money he'd be dumbfounded.

I'm old, I was listening to the Ramones in the 70's. When I saw my first Ramones album, I just had to have it for the cover alone. I saw them live about 3 times in small venues. They were great. May they RIP.

Is there just one original Ramone left alive?

Joey was quite a good businessman and investor. He wrote a song about Maria Bartiromo.

I don't know- Fly to the Angels was the only Slaughter song I liked.

Honestly, I was more into heavier music than the hairband stuff. The first time I saw Poison's first album cover, I knew it was going to get weird for a few years.
