Correction

per CourtTV

Colorado DA "Lacy":

Karr's arrest warrant can be unsealed - but the affidavit in support of the arrest warrant should remain sealed at this time.

Colorado DA in response to the media requesting that the full arrest be disclosed to the public: (Per Court TV)

Colorado DA response: (partially in my words)

The DA has a lot more (evidence) on Karr that what has not been disclosed to the public and that some of this evidence on Mr. Karr as only developed recently. (DA's words: Despite what has been released to the public over the years, most of the evidence in the affidavit has not been disclosed, nor has the media developed it independently

I checked to be sure about body "smell", which police reported when her body was brought up from the basement. The time it takes for that, depending on humidity, temp, body weight, etc., is 24 to 36 hours

I don't suppose it's occurred to you that Ardnt's reports of smell may in fact be her own horrified imagination or a misinterpretation of musty basement odor on the body?

Jonet Benet could not have been dead more than 8-12 hours (from the time she was last seen until she was discovered missing) yet putrefaction and odor development takes 24-36 hours depending on conditions.

Seems pretty clear that when you have contridictory information it might be better to consider if the information on putrefaction odor by the officer might not be overstated.

And doesn't just chap their MSM butts that they aren't in control of the information process. The press convicted the Ramseys in the court of public opinion and now they are getting their comeuppance.

"I don't care what it is"

Are you saying that no amount of evidence implicating PR or JR would sway you? I don't think that is what you really meant, so I thought I'd ask.

I hope I'm not getting hung up on anything as you say. I hope I'm just asking obvious, common sense questions about what little we do know. You're right, there's not enough information to convict anyone. But we can still ask questions about what we do know.

I think to say that we know nothing at all about the case would make this forum pointless; which I don't think is the case. The discussions of JMK prove that no one on this forum believes we know nothing.

As is true of any of the evidence regarding JMK or an intruder, the coroner's report could be wrong, the forensics techniques could be wrong or the police officer could have lied about the smell. Maybe I've misunderstood the technique (has anyone traced my steps?). Any number of things are possible, but I think it's common sense to question the time of death given what we do know. I would think that any objective inquirer would ask these questions.

No doubt he tried to disguise his writing. But there is a prominent "I"........."I will call you between..."

The bottom of the "I" is a "slash". It is exactly the same as in the yearbook. There are others but that was the clincher for me as far as the handwriting...and then there are those "a's". How many of us make that type of A.

The whole thing in the yearbook is printed. Wonder how many of the messages in Tara's yearbook are printed??

BTW, noticing others comments, yes, anyone could have been dishonest or mistaken about any point in the investigation. This includes people looking into possibilities of an intruder or of JMK specifically. But if I'm going to be objective - put another way, if I want to know what really happened - I have to look at all of it and take it with the aforementioned caveats.

In fact Henry Lee, the noted coroner, said in his book that he could never fully discount that JBR's death may have been accidental and covered up by one or both of the parents.

And I think that's key. It isn't about implicating someone it's just that the Ramseys are hard to exclude. I think we would be jumping the gun to conclude, without caring about contrary evidence, that the Ramseys could NOT have been involved.

As I've said before, the evidence points everywhere and nowhere.

Frankly, I can't stand Lee. He seems to have a prejudice. He's like the shrinks who take the stand. DNA doesn't lie but how it gets transferred can be the lie.

The tape is a good example. The animal hairs could have been transferred via tape......deliberately or not.

she nailed the MSM more, but it was too much for me to post. I am waiting for a hard copy of the DA's response to show up on CourtTV.

But she made it very clear that the media only has a small amount of what is in the affidavit.

----

Also I discovered that the 2 female lawyers most likely are not getting any info from the CO DA because they are not licensed in CO to practice law and because Karr did not fight the extradition to CO.

I'm sorry, I did NOT say we know nothing about this case.

I specifically said we don't have enough of it, and that includes anything developed heretofore by anybody, to hone in on one thing like the pineapple thing, or something else for that matter, without realizing that there's more to it.

I need more. So do you, but you're not going to admit it. And I have thrown away NOTHING. Without more, it isn't enough.

So, if no intruder, by your narrow view of what has been put forth so far, did the Ramseys walk in, feed JonBenet pineapple, then kill her? As in bam, bam, bam? You said no intruder, yet you had everything so fixed and so lined up, by what you said, it seems like the Ramseys did what the intruder didn't.

Yet it makes no more sense for the Ramseys, in just the way you stated it, than for an intruder.

SAN JOSE, Costa Rica — John Mark Karr bragged to his landlord's family that ''sexually, I am like a wolf'' and said he preferred girls to women when he worked in Costa Rica as an English teacher, his former housemates told The Associated Press.
