CTV will be doing special coverage from the Bahamas at 12:30pm eastern.
They are having a special at 12:30. I wish Jean Casares was still in the Bahamas. I got the impression she knew what Stern was about and wasn't scared to get her hands dirty and do some investigations. This Michael guy just seems to be a talking head who likes to stand in front of the courthouse.
Sure it's not his twin? Looks to me like he got it broken playing sports and had it fixed back to normal, if anything at all - it's just the angle.

Well thank you. Even if Larry doesn't turn out to be the father I will remain Team Birkhead. I think that it's terrible how he has been treated and all men should be shaking in their boots that this could happen to him. All he ever wanted was a test but Anna and Stern's hearts were so harden and full of hate that they couldn't do that. This case is a morality lesson. If Anna had taken responsibility she and her son may still be with us today. As for Stern I haven't seen a phenomenon like this on the celebrity boards. It's amazing to see the collective opinion from the start. No one accepted him as the father and not only Virgie but every day people had the feeling that Anna would be next.
My news just said that Howard withdrew, BEFORE the court could deny it?!?!?!
BTW, I suspect the appeals court sanctioned Stern with the "frivolous" charge, because he wasted the courts time saying that the DNA cheek swab wasn't as accurate as a blood test ...WHICH IS BULL CRAP and not true. They're both the same, as was most assuredly explained by the DNA expert at the hearing.

He may have known they were going to deny so this could be his way of saving face and attempting to keep CONTROL. He still failed because by being sanctioned the control was taken away from him.

Isn't that amazing...and even after Anna died, with all of the drugs in HKS's name, with KE's prescriptions, the delay in calling the EMTs, yada, yada, yada...Dr. Perper and the yahoos with Tiger, can't seem to see the obvious!

It seems they were so upset because supposedly both he and Larry petitioned the court for the DNA testing...only difference was the doctor each requested. So, to first ask the court for something and then, when you don't get the doctor you want, to come back and challenge the test (THAT YOU ALREADY ASKED FOR) kind of seems like a waste of time to the court.
