I agree, KE’s demeanor and affect are entirely and bizarrely out of sync with the circumstances. Some kind of drug to slow her speech and thinking, maybe Soma? There was enough of it consumed in that hotel room. Or any of the other items on the “drug buffet.”
I could hardly watch that first interview because KE’s manner and delivery were so . . .inappropriate. I had finish watching it later on one of the sites because it was too eerie.
HKS’s lengthy speeches have that effect on me too. Maybe it’s the blatant insincerity.
Except with the Clintons I not only can't watch - I get violently ill.

anna spent almost 6 years as a stripper, with wild sex parties at her and her boyfriends. That's a pretty long career, if you ask me..would you have rathered that Daniel been brought up in THAT environment as opposed to at Grammies?
Anna could just have well left Daniel with Daniel's father, or Daniel's father's parents, if she didn't care about her son, but she chose her own mom instead. A Sheriff who could stand up to Daniel's father's brood, and who could give Daniel a better life that would be found back in Mexia, where Anna's reputation preceeded her and would have been the cause of jokes and teasing directed at Daniel.
We shouldn't forget that up until HK appeared in 1998/99, Virgie and Anna had a really good relationship... she still called her momma - and called almost every day three (four?) years ago when Virgie had the anyurism to tell her she loved her. Anna didn't come out with the 'bring it on momma' stuff until she thought that her momma called her murderer and she thought she was working with Birkhead to take the baby away. The rest is just HK rewriting history with allegations and insinuations that Anna isn't here to contradict.
If Virgie wanted money, she could have sold her hour-long playdate with DL - everyone else has. Or broken out the shoebox of early Daniel photos with his Ninja Turtle outfits.
I almost wonder if it's a sign of society, where modern families have little contact with grandparents, or mothers speak ill of their own mothers to their children, that lends to the vilification of Grandma Virgie? If it is, it's very sad, don't you think?

Virgie was married 4 times. Her ex-spouses remarried and had kids. As a result, her own children had half-siblings and step-siblings. The number of grandparents increases exponentially - so someone has to be abandoned at Easter and Christmas. It does get complicated.
With our divorce rate at 50%+ you just get more grandparents and less bonding.

So true, so true. BTW when did KE’s relationship with ANS start. That didn’t seem to help “repair” anything. What a therapist. Get in your life, help you feel alienated from any other constructive alliances and friends, oversupply Rx drugs to the point of death.

I agree with your post regarding Virgie and the venom that is being thrown at her. There’s only one person is this Trinity of Terror that has been quiet and isn’t making any money from this and that’s Virgie. Don’t get me wrong...I don’t think there’s anything wrong with Birkhead making money or Virgie but I’m just bringing up the fact that Virgie is not the one that is courting the press. I still like Larry but I really don’t think he’s out for justice the way that I believe Virgie is. I think all Larry wanted was his child. He of all people should know why Virgie is so afraid of being pushed out. Up until Anna ran off he thought he was going to be part of his child’s life and we saw how that worked out. I think the only thing Anna had bad to say about Virgie and Daniel is when she cut his hair and that was probably just an excuse just like the sunglasses with Larry. During the time Daniel was with Virgie Anna was spending her time having hot sex with Clay and sleeping her way into a Guess Jeans contract.

I'm with u ! LB and HK are buddy-buddies now; LB wants to forgive and forget. But the only question that has been answered is the babydaddy question. IMO, VA doesn't believe that a leopard changes it's spots. LB has a history of 'partying' in Hollywood these past 16 months and it appears he's not going back home to kentucky where we all think he belongs. HK's home has always been Hollywood. VA has reason to worry and fret and want it all worked out NOW, not 3 or 4 years down the road when DL may be fatherless again, with LB in Anna's position with HK. Virgie could, have stayed home, thru all of this, and written a book or sold baby pictures from her rocking chair. Instead, she's fighting that leopard. Good on her! Goooooo Grammieee !! Sic em, gal !
Poor sweet Larry, just as we predicted, Stern has replaced Anna with little brother Larry.
Pray for LB’s life to be spared, may Stern give him a few good years with the baby before his “accident”.
In the meantime, grandma will be watching, closely.

I think Howie has successfully schmoozed Larry into believing they can rule the world together, by cutting out Virgie. Larry’s assignment is to save Howard’s butt in the inquest and in the executor role.
Someone described Larry as naive - and he is. So naive that he can be easily led by a stronger personality such as HK$. Anna had to be drugged into submission - but I believe Larry has been a pushover - especially with Howard using/pimping Dannielynn to do it. And it only took 2 weeks. At 18 Daniel was more resilient and a better judge of character.
This is a bad turn of events - but it should have been expected when Howard invited Larry to see DL and has been “so helpful”. Manchurian candidate.
Virgie has a fight on her hands, for truth and justice. I hope O’Quinn is up to the challenge.
