Yeah but it is probably the most we can get from the government though. Don’t all shootings get investigated? Most seem to take awhile. The fast response is telling, IMO.
About 30 years ago, two parolees in Ca. murdered 4 Ca. Highway Patrolmen in a gas station near the Magic Mountain amusement park. A former Marine ran from a coffee shop, grabbed the highway patrolman’s shotgun and attemped to engage the badguys (the highway patrolman had unloaded the shotgun by ejecting the ammo due to a lack of training).

Yes the cruiser dash cam allegedly videotaped this as it occured behind the cruiser and this “official ruling” came out before either Mckay or Kenney were even brought in for autopsy....yes, it is strange....but I cannot do anything but commend Mr. Floyds actions, even with all of his police run-ins he seems to have done the right thing here, rare in this day and age to see such guts.
